Paid 27 dollars for a single wash, gave the worker $30 said here's a $3tip please rinse it well. He starts hand washing and breaks off the Mercedes emblem says oops sorry man. I'm not happy, then say let's finish the wash then get manager. After wash the owner says he'll help me reattach, then do I realize the worker broke the tab off that clips onto spring that holds it on car hood. The owner then tries to lie to me and says looks like there was glue there. I said don't cover for your worker there is no glue. He then tells me as he walks away he lost respect for me and I should gorilla glue it. What a piece of work.... read more

Do not trust the online scheduling for detailing. I made an appointment online and subsequently received an email confirmation along with 2 reminders. When I showed up I was told the owner confirmed my appointment but 'forgot' the detail guy was on vacation. I waited to post this review to see if I would at least get an apology but I've heard nothing. This was supposed to be a surprise for my daughter before she went back to school. Not cool. read more

I just had detailing done here and chose the entry level "mini" ($150 for small SUV). It was great and well worth it! And my car needed it badly with all the grandkids I drive around! I can't even imagine what else a full" or "diamond" level would involve. Exceeded expectations for sure. I will be a regular customer here - I have no reason to shop around for anywhere else. Horrible detail. Waste of money. Nothing was done aside from the dashboard being wiped down. Extremely disappointing. How do you pay $175 to have your car detailed and there's still sand all over the mats, dust in the vents and crumbs and dog hair on the carpet!? I'll never come back. They also took the clear coat of paint off on several areas of the exterior paint. Stay away! read more

had my car washed here , got out to look at car, the car was loaded with grease when i brought it to the kid in charge he would not look at the car told me not his problem told me to wipe the car down myself, the other person there told they had a problem the other day but never fixed. so if you get a wash there look at your car and you will see what i am saying is true 9-7-24 will never ever return ...... read more

Nice and sudsy. Impressed with the wash. Only thing is slightly expensive. $20 for a good wash. Cold wash is just a few bucks less. Courtesy towels available which is good and not common. 1.50 for vacuum. Some places it's free. Maybe make it free here. read more

I rode to Carver for wow Wednesday for the Gold wash because it included rim cleaning. One guy brushed the rims and no one touched the other side. I cleaned the rims myself when I got home but next time will take the basic wash; it was Not busy which is unusual. I didn't expect perfection but why not use the power washer? I am totally disgusted!!! This past summer lost cover to antenna in car wash. Many times come to vaccume and they don't work. Prices up a lot, car came out half cleaned on a $16.00 platinum wash, when I noticed and went back five minutes later I was told car was to dirty for car wash to be expected to clean it. I would give no stars if possible! Made a 9am appointment for full detailing. Was told that it would be ready by 1pm. I called at 1:30 and was told that they had not started on it yet. The earliest I would be able to pick it up would be 5pm. I have a family and needed my car by 4pm. Left it there all day and nothing was done. I am very disappointed that after spending $40 and a $4 tip, my trunk was not vacuumed. Apparently, you need to ask to have that done. When the nice gentleman did not offer to vacuum my trunk, I canceled my $125 appointment to have my interior washed. read more

I am very disappointed with my latest experience here. After I left the car wash, I noticed that there were scratches on the edge of my trunk, passenger side rear light, and on the top and bottom of my rear bumper. There was also a scratch on the top of my trunk that goes all the way through the paint. I recently purchased my car this past November and it still looked brand new. The following day I went back. When I arrived at the carwash there was no one inside, but there were two men outside detailing a car so I went over to them. They ignored me for a good 2-3 minutes before I was finally able to tell one of them what happened. He came over to my car and told me that there was no way that could have happened at the car wash, because he had never seen anything like this before. He then said that my car must have been sideswiped. There is absolutely NO way the scratches on my car are from being sideswiped, unless the other car was somehow flying. He also said it was possible that the scratches were already there and just covered by dirt.... How dirty does he think my car was? It's not like I went off-roading through the mud. He took a few pictures of my car, along with my information and said that he would let the owner know, and he would reach out to me tomorrow. Of course the owner never contacted me about any of this. I would NOT recommend this car wash to anyone because if something were to happen to your car they will not address the situation. read more
