I spoke with the owner, Doug, on the phone, and what struck me was that he was professional and knowledgeable. This stood out to me because when dealing with auto businesses I unfortunately deal with owners who may know what they are doing but are pushy or condescending in how they treat me. When I took the car to Prime Detail for a quote I was still hesitant because they had no Yelp reviews. My fear was completely unwarranted. Doug is even nicer in person than on the phone. He talked me through the various options they offered and didn't once push me on an up-sell or to do additional work on the car that wasn't needed. We agreed to an interior detail only. The real surprise came when I picked the car up. My jaw literally dropped to the floor. I have a 2005 325i BMW--his name is Bartholomew--and he looked amazing. I haven't seen him look that handsome in years and it was all thanks to Doug and his staff, who were also very polite and helpful. My elderly father who has never had a car detailed in his life, and thought he could do it himself, was so impressed by Prime Detail's work that he now wants to have them do a full detail on my mom's car. We will bring that car in next week. Again, five stars to Prime Detail. Their work is impressive and I will use them again.
