At this point , i don't know why this place is still in business. First, they advertise a vehicle online when you contact them they give you a different price. The only ad also said free delivery to my zipcode, they didn't honore that. I have been trying to get in touch with management for weeks, no one is available. They keep issuing me temporary license plate which is not legal in my Massachusetts. I want a bill of sale Rafael claimed she emailed it to me 4 times but never did. They also stopped answering my calls the moment i call them from a different number they answer. PLEASE stay away from this scam. As Florida would be the only state they can operate, other states would shut them down. I've already contacted Wells Fargo to file a grievance against them because they are the issuer of the auto loan. As i am already contacted an attorney to start legal proceeding against them. this place shouldn't be in business. read more

It's a scam! Do not go there! I saw the price on car online it was 4,999$. When I came to dealership and talked to dealer he doubled this price! He started to adding random numbers for transportation 2,000$ for something else 1,500 for registration 1,000$. We end up with 9,600$ instead initial 4,999$. I just left! Do not waist your time on this scam! read more

Horrible dealer. They will take all your personal information down including social security before even showing you a car and based off your income will only show you what THEY think you can afford. Spent 1hr there waiting for a car they didn't even have so they were just stalling and trying to get me to look at a more expensive car. Frauds. read more

DO NOT GET A CAR FROM THIS PLACE. THEIR ENTIRE WORK ETHIC IS FRAUDULENT AND INCREDIBLY ILLEGAL. SAVE YOURSELF THE TROUBLE. I got a 2018 Mazda CX-5 from this place. Within 2 days of having it, it started to drive funny. I tried to contact my sales person for 3 weeks before he finally got back to me, after l spoke to 3 different people. Drove all the way out there from north Naples for them to bring it back and tell me nothing was wrong with it but they rotated my tires. It drove worse after that. Two days later I brought it to a Mazda dealership and changed the fuel pump and said I need a new battery. Then when I was a week late on a "under the table" payment of $400.... they came to my JOB and stole my car. Told me the bank repossessed it, yet the bank had no kind of information on a repo being requested or sent. They then tried to tell me I owe $1300 because they couldn't keep track of the payments I was making, took my belongings out of MY car and refused to give it back, even if I paid everything in full. read more

Was sold a car with defective airbags and was told it would be fixed after quarantine I showed up to ask for the fixed and was assaulted by owner... now I'm pressing charges read more

They are complete liars!!! They say absolutely anything to get a sale, they hide certain costs, they change contracts, they fraudulent use your signature and they repossess cars after the sale for no reason. I took my son there to buy his first car and it has been the worst experience a young adult could experience when making such a significant purchase. My son is traumatized by this, because they've done nothing but lie and swindle and they've stolen my son's vehicle, without any reason, he doesn't owe on the car, or anything. They wanted to have him give them more money than they originally asked for after the finance deal was done, a month later, because my son refused to go into a side deal with them they stole his car. Jose the sales rep that lured my son in and lied to get my son's money, has been sending text messages asking my son to lie to the bank and also asked my son to agree to give more money over the phone after the deal was done. Again, my son paid exactly what the contract said he was to pay even though we know the bank doesn't ask for down payment and that is all profit to the dealership, we definitely know that they shouldn't be making deals outside of the finance contract and after the deal is done. After reading the Federal Reserve Act section 16 verses 1 and 2. I also now know that the banks and dealerships are committing securities fraud. Honestly it's extremely disappointing to see how these corporations can ROB you and think that they can get away with it. Yet hard working people patronize these companies and receive nothing but harm from it. I wonder when other people will help put a stop to this injustice, because if ever there was a time it should be now! read more

Unfortunately I have to give this place 1 star but it doesn't deserve any. Employees and so called "manager" are super unprofessional, rude & just plain scammers. They have the tendency of selling problem vehicles. Once you confront them about your vehicle before your 30 day warranty they won't pick up the phone, tell you there's no manager and the list of excuses goes on... this is my warning do not buy from here!! read more

SCAM Yes, I am writing this review a little late for me, as I didn't read all these reviews before heading out to this nightmare of a place, they are a rip off my husband and I went there the same thing looking for a specific car none of the ones I asked for were available what a coincidence, I even laughed and told the sales person this is typical. Then they put me into the car they wanted me to get into because they wanted to get rid of it the sales person told me it was good because it would give me a good deal guess what I never got a good deal on it what I got was the general manager which I can't describe this man I don't think he has any manners any professionalism and they treat you very nice when they want to get $4000 or $5000 down from you, when you tell him that's not what you guys discussed with me on the phone they say well but your credit is not all that and they start rubbing your credit into the conversation so you feel pressured and you give in I made the mistake of putting a check as good faith for $500 to go discuss this with my husband I should've never given them anything the finance girl said no problem I'm not even going to cash this check the minute I walked out of that store which was at night time the check was put through electronically. When I called they told me was a mistake and that they will give me my money back when I arrive to this place I was heading for a big surprise they all made excuses and told me the owner wasn't there to sign the check I ended up calling the authorities on the so called general manager, in order to have this person at least come back to his senses but he didn't I am reporting this business to the Better Business Bureau and I think we all should these people are a scam, they are taking advantage of customers, and after seeing all these reviews now I know what they are when I told him that they were a scam he got very offended but then he also said all these other things that it only tells me what kindA business they're running. Please stay away from this place, I already got scammed don't give your money to this business and stay away away away please!!!!!! Imagine they don't want to give me my money back and I don't even have anything signed which it's illegal I didn't sign nothing at all they're so money hungry that they'll take money from anyone and make up any excuse not to return it read more

Waste of time and money!!! I bought a car there and 2 weeks later when I took it to Hyundai for mechanical problems they told me the car was wrecked with undisclosed damage!!!!
