I know that people who are unhappy tend to write reviews, but I'm amazed when I see negative reviews for Restoration Hardware. Not only are their products superlative, but our experience with their customer service is almost not to be believed, it was so good. We bought a sofa, and we love it. But, what we didn't really pay attention to was the taco effect of the fabric we chose. For months since we bought it, RH at U village in Seattle has been helping us to determine how to handle it. I'm frankly blown away with the over the top concern and efforts they have made to make it right for us. And they did. I won't go into the details, but frankly, if I was on the other side of me, I would have told me to shut up and sit down. They instead treated us like royalty. I can't over emphasize how happy this company has made us, and what loyal customers we are now as a result.

Stitching on the down coving is separating everywhere.

We have purchased many pieces from RH in the last 3 years. Most are falling apart. I have two slipcovered linen sofas. When we took the covers off to have them cleaned all the down was falling out of rips in the undercovers the cotton fabric is so thin that it is ripping in many places. I will never buy another piece from Restoration hardware. It makes me sad because we were very good customers buying all our outdoor furnishings and these two sofas, lighting, bedding and much more over the years. We have had these two sofas for only 3 years and are a household with two people so they get light use. I won't ever buy an upholstered piece again from RH. On all pieces I will look carefully at the quality

Lies Lies Lies. I bought the Churchill chair in custom leather ($2800!!!) and the quality is crap. Dont fall for their customer service guarantee (lies!) and quality assurance (made in china!). If something goes wrong, they will turn their backs on you.

Looking at wood finish samples - so many options!

Why did it take me so long to find this place? It's my new favorite home store! So many great ideas that are as beautiful as they are functional under one roof. High tech meets excellent customer service with the associates wandering around with iPads looking for opportunities to help. Seriously - customer service associates with iPads - brilliant idea! They can look up styles, colors, inventory, sales prices, etc. all with a few taps on the iPad right then and there wherever you are on the showroom floor. Then they can follow up immediately by printing or emailing you a shopping list and quote of the pieces you're interested in - very impressive and VERY convenient! I'm in the market for new dining furniture right now and feel like I've looked all over! High and low, the good, bad and the ugly looking for design ideas. It's tough to find just the right piece in the right size, color, price range and shipping timeframe that we need. I was next door at PB and was pretty much ignored the entire time I was there. So walking into RH and being greeted by associate Texiara was a breath of fresh air! She was so helpful, friendly and gave me some great ideas. I showed Texiara a small picture on my phone of our dining room space and gave approximate dimensions - then she asked me a few questions about how we would use the room - were we looking for something only for special occasions? Or maybe something for everyday that would be easy to clean? She made an effort to connect with me and get to know a little more about what I'm looking for. Texiara gave me some extremely helpful tips about matching vs blending wood colors in the same room. I was so overwhelmed with the options for the past few months. But after one 20 minute visit with Texiara and I feel like I have a lot more clarity on what we're looking for. Certainly we're headed in the right direction now! Looking around the store and talking to a few other employees during my visit was more of the same. Ready to help, eager to answer any questions and they seem genuinely interested in our little project. I was surprised to hear that the employees are not paid on commission - but then maybe that's why the atmosphere was so delightful and comfortable instead of the usual stress and pressure I've felt at other stores. Restoration Hardware was a new a pleasant shopping experience for sure! Wish their prices were a little more in my project range but then sometimes you get what you pay for. See you again soon RH dining collection!

The salespeople know what they're talking about, try to understand your needs, and don't try to upsell you. The family-owned business, since the 80s, sources its furniture to ensure quality and sustainability, making me feel good about where I spend my money. The prices are fair, and you're assured of getting very good-quality furniture that will last for a very, very long time. We bought a Stressless chair, which they sell many of, in the 90s, and it's still my favorite chair in the house. Even the delivery people love working there and care about your satisfaction. We live in a condo where they had to carry a large piece of furniture up four flights of stairs. One board got slightly banged up; they showed it to us, took pictures, sent them back to their manager, and assured us they would take care of it. Later, the owner came out, fixed the dings enough where we were happy, but he wasn't. He said this will do until we can get you a replacement because you bought something new, and you shouldn't have something newly fixed; you should have something you know is new. I can go on and on about what a great experience and value it is to shop there, but most have probably stopped reading this by now. Suffice it to say: if you want excellent-quality furniture that is super comfortable, long-lasting, puts a smile on your face when you see or use it, and makes you feel good about where your money went, buy it at Bedrooms and More. To the Owners, Thank You...We need more small business like you.

She spent thousands of dollars on a couch, a bench, and other living room pieces. Her original delivery date was scheduled for mid-September/October for the couch and early November for the bench. It's now November, and she still doesn't have her couch -- and the bench has been delayed until December. The delivery team was supposed to bring the couch on Tuesday but claimed they couldn't find her house and simply left. After hours on hold and speaking to multiple employees who all gave different answers, she was told it would be delivered Thursday -- only to now be told next Monday. We're extremely disappointed. My mom even planned ahead -- we took back the couch she'd been borrowing from us on Monday, expecting her new one Tuesday. Now she'll be without a couch for a full week. That's unacceptable after spending this much money. I warned her about this store because of their terrible delivery reviews during Covid, but we were assured by an employee that those issues were in the past. Clearly, that's not true. For a store this expensive, the customer service and logistics are shockingly poor. You can easily find better quality furniture, lower prices, and far more reliable service elsewhere. Save yourself the stress -- do not order from here.

They're incredibly knowledgeable and saved me from making the wrong choice (seriously). They explained key differences between towel types, how long the super-lush towels take to dry, and helped me compare the waffle vs. classic options in a way that actually made the decision easy. I'm remodeling two bathrooms and brought in photos-- they guided me to the perfect color direction and it made such a difference. Professional, warm, and zero pressure. I'll absolutely be back next time I'm in the Village. Pro tip: go in to see/feel the fabrics and colors in person, then order through the store to support local retail. Best experience.

The order arrived incomplete, requiring a replacement shipment for the fitted sheet that did not arrive until mid-July. Between that delay, waiting for our new bed, and extended international travel, we didn't meaningfully begin using the set until October. Once we did, it became clear that the Bone color didn't work for our bedroom. The duvet cover was completely unused, and the sheets and pillowcases were lightly used and in excellent condition. Despite this being a color-only exchange for the same items, Parachute refused to honor the original sale price and required paying over $200 more to switch colors. After escalation, they made it clear that they were choosing to stand on policy rather than prioritize a reasonable customer relationship. Given the premium pricing, this rigidity was especially disappointing and not reflective of a brand that claims to value its customers. In hindsight, I don't feel the product quality or overall experience justifies the cost. I won't be purchasing from Parachute again or recommending the brand to others within my network.
