Friend of mine recommended me to Robert but I was really disappointed and frankly shocked. First of all, I sent him clear photos of the dimensions of the sliding glass window to him (I used the Measure app on iPhone). After some back and forth about price and going over the detail of the glass, he said he would take a look at it. After seeing the glass in person, he all of a sudden said he can't do the job because he can't get a glass that size. What the heck? He didn't know he couldn't get a glass that size after seeing the dimensions of the glass in the photo? Why waste time agreeing to the job then?
