We finally got a quote from a company that constantly sends flyers to our mailbox, but even with a "huge" discount for just a few windows, the price was close to the cost of a swimming pool. That pushed me to search online, and I found SoCal Window Pros, a highly rated local company. Jack, the owner, came out with sample windows and gave us an estimate. He was straightforward, no‑nonsense, and genuinely kind. The windows were impressive -- solid engineering, well‑made, great warranty, and locally manufactured. We also met his son Alex who is much involved in this family-owned business, and he was equally professional and personable. We ultimately decided to replace all of our windows as well as our sliding door, and we're very happy with the results. Our house looks refreshed and updated, and the old rubber seals that kept popping out are finally gone. The windows look beautiful and have made a noticeable difference in the overall appearance of our home. I literally let out a sigh of relief every time I see the windows. Gratefulness and gladness! There were a couple of windows that took a little longer than expected to arrive, and two were delivered in a different color than originally specified. In the end, I decided to go ahead with the installation, and fortunately, the color worked out beautifully in our home. Jack and Alex checked on the installation throughout the process, and their crew was helpful and efficient. Hopefully you can see in the picture they did such a great job and they were installed perfectly. There is no need for painting or touch up on the walls, stucco or trim. We are looking forward to the next few phases of getting new front doors, back doors and also windows. It's great that you can do them in phases and you don't get the pressure to do it all at once. My experience:…read more So i reached out via yelp to andres and was replied to pretty quick. He was able to visit the following day to get measurements / estimate price. He was nice and explained everything. Plus gave suggestions... I gave a downpayment of 10% for everything to proceed. They then ordered it. Rough estimate would be 3-4 weeks for the entire process. They have a physical store in norco which was being run by Andres' wife. After 3 weeks or so give or take... i got a message that they were ready to install. Well within the time frame.... They informed me when they were on the way. They probably took roughly 2.5 hours. Lucas, Andres' son was present. Nothing was rushed and i saw how they handled everything... They can reuse your old door handle... but in my case, i bought a new one... just because. The price: It's pretty fair. It isn't cheap but you get what you paid for. For the peace of mind... ill do it again. Since i got a door replacement, everything was included. From removing the old one , to clean up, trash, installing... and thankfully.... the door i got doesn't need any paint. So it's pretty good. Threshold was top notch. And it seems water / insects wont be able to pop in. Will i choose to work with them again? Probably yes... Once i opt for a screen door... maybe in a couple more months once it gets a little bit cooler.

He was prompt, polite, and considerate. We had a quick discussion as to my situation and quickly got to work at inspecting the focal room and windows I have. He gave very detailed explanation of what I'm looking at to help me understand and was honest about my options. Unfortunately, in my case, it was explained to me that because of the type of windows I already have if I were to get a specific type of window upgrade installed I'd be wasting my money with very little improvement in noise reduction. Instead he offered multiple suggestions I could look into that could help. I am extremely grateful that he was able to squeeze this appointment in for me and for his honest assessment. This was never disclosed when the quote was given -- nothing indicated the two line items were bundled or contingent on each other. Unprofessional, and a waste of my time after being quoted as two independent jobs. Not using them for either project, and wouldn't recommend if you want straightforward, flexible service. Update: The business responded claiming this was a "small repair" that was only offered as an add-on, contingent on booking the interior door install. For the record, the itemized quote priced the entry door repair on its own at $813.39 (new astragal + planing the door to open/close properly) -- a real, standalone job, not a minor add-on. Nothing in the estimate stated the two jobs were contingent on each other or that the repair required booking both.

They also made a handshake agreement to install security doors, which is why we gave them the contract. They did not install these doors and clamed "this wasn't in the contract". Once they collected money, they had no intention of completing the doors. (See text message below from the owner stating they would install the screen doors). He added it to "notes" but the contract. See owners response below, he claims they were not the right doors, how can they agree to install something they didn't measure? Did they never have intenion of installing the doors? Dishonest and unethical business practice, terrible customer service. Do not work with this company.
