Installed new stair treads and rebuilt some of stairs that required it. He also gave us some ideas on work we whaving done by others contractors. He was great to work with. I can't believe it has taken me 6 months to give a review because I was truly pleased with his work.

Stop right here. Look nowhere else. I have done the legwork for you!…read more In 2018 we had Steve and at least 5 other contractors come out to give us a quote on our kitchen remodel. After meeting Steve, there was an authenticity about him that none of the other contractors possessed. Every question that we asked him, he was up front, honest and listened intently to our wants and needs. After receiving many quotes, unfortunately then, we knew we had to save up before we could afford to have our kitchen done. Fast forward to the end of 2019 and we were ready to take the plunge! We knew that Steve was our guy. We gave him a call, he came back out several times to take measurements, design, etc. We had a start date of March 2020. Surprise... COVID! Everything was in limbo and we decided it was best to wait. Finally come August 3rd, 2020 Steve and his helper started demo work. Our final completion date was mid October. During construction time, I had two other friends getting their kitchens done as well. The horror stories they told me of their contractors being late, not being honest, charging more than what the contract stated, etc. had my husband and I feel like we hit the jackpot finding Steve. Many contractors now a days sub everything out and don't lift a finger. Not this guy! He is there every day, doing the work, and is passionate about his craft. He is meticulous and will not cut corners, leaving you a project that you are proud of. Steve is arguably the hardest working human my husband and I have ever met. When you hire Steve, you don't just get a contractor, you get a friend...that turns into family. My husband, my two children and I fell in love with Steve. He brought us joy daily during the two months he was with us and has become part of our extended family. We miss seeing him frequently, but now get to enjoy the work he did on our home daily. All of our friends and family that have walked into our home think we hired a high end contractor and designer for our project. We hired an expert handyman - the name says it all. Expert work at a fair price. Future customers, you can thank me later. ;)

Broke Contract!!!…read more The good, bad and the ugly! Owner agreed to 3 projects and only completed 2. We were supplying the tile, the vanities, and the doors for the bath and shower. We were led to believe that it could all be done one after another in a couple of weeks time. First project, full bathroom reno went amazingly and turned out beautiful, second project, front porch refresh was sub-contracted out and while it looks okay from the street, once you get up close, the inconsistent work is obvious. T and R never came to even check it out when it was done. The third project, a small bathroom demo and shower stall reno was never even started, even though we purchased an expensive vanity, mirror and all the tiles. Weeks turned into months of waiting and us doing all of the reaching out to them to set a date. A date was never set and when we pushed to get a firm date was told it was probably best to part ways. One other email came after that saying that the contract would need to be updated for work that wasn't in the contract. Reviewing the old contracts, they were never really correct because different things that were discussed were left out of each revision. Not sure how that office is organized, but I would say it isn't. We are very disappointed to be in this bind right before the holidays when we started this process in August and have had supplies all over the house for months.

With 22 positive reviews on yp.com, we figured we'd bring them in as well. My wife and I are so glad that we did! T and R ended up winning the job as one of low bidders and they did an excellent job finishing the basement. Tom (the T) was an awesome person to deal with. He handled all the construction permits and picked up all the material for the job. His crew was very respectful to this house and they finished the entire basement (floors, windows, electric, drywall) within a month. Communication was a breeze even though we weren't home during the day. The attention to detail was an added bonus. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to do a home remodel job in the Collingswood / Cherry Hill area.

Complete disappointment. Read good and bad reviews and decided to give this company a chance. It is…read moreclear from reading the reviews they pick and choose who they want to deliver quality, dependable, honest service. Unfortunately, my family was not one. The lack of care and concern for my family, knowing I have young children is beyond me. We hired this company for an addition. They never finished the job. We had to pay more out of pocket to get the job done with other companies. Over a year of lies, cutting corners, weeks going by without any workers showing up. My family was always pushed aside for other jobs. The company's workers who we specifically asked about prior to going forward, we rarely saw. We were sent outside contractors. Going over 6 months without a roof on our addition. Being told it was ordered. Finding out it was a lie. After Larry continuously dodging the question I made a call to the company myself. The truth revealed itself, he never placed the order. Prior to this telling me samples of the roof were not available. Again, I made a call to the company and they sent me plenty of samples. Total laziness. His workers would say overwhelmed. I say terrible way to run a business. We contacted this company before Covid, stayed loyal until we were ready to move forward. The loyalty was not reciprocated. Due to not having a roof, the amount of water that entered our addition was disturbing. No reason for not having a roof. Poor excuse of Covid. Ordering the roof is a start to getting a roof. And to think he would care about the water coming in. But no, he was never reachable when needed. Oh that's right, it's the weekend and he didn't give a damn about the people that put trust in him. I saved him a lot of work by putting a tarp up to save my house from even more water entering since we had no roof on that section. Let's talk about the trash left in our yard throughout the duration of the project which was over a year. We were told we would get a dumpster, never saw one. Some random trash guy would come when we complained enough about the trash left. Seriously treated our yard as a junk yard. His employees, leaving coffee cups and lunch when they did show. I had to clean, move materials and try to save my home from even more damage since he cared less. Let's not fail to mention the conversations of my displeasure. All lies. He loses sleep at night, getting emotional on the phone and promises to get it right. If that was the case, this job would have been finished, the right way. One theme throughout the negative reviews, cutting corners. Absolutely. He will take the easiest, cheapest way out. He clearly thought I was an idiot to try and get by with doing some things in ways that were just totally unacceptable. We should have demanded even more and better, but with looking forward to using our addition for first Labor Day party- not done, November birthday party- not done, Christmas- not done, we just wanted to be DONE! We accepted the unacceptable and will be paying even more to have items fixed in the future. But for now, having this project ongoing for over a year, my family needs a break. I truly believed Larry was a good guy throughout but he surely proved me wrong. Actions speak louder than words. Knowing he has two daughters, it was unimaginable that he would handle this project the way he did and have such disregard for my family. I do believe in KARMA.

No dragging things out or cutting corners. They got in, got the job done, and did it right the first time. What really blew me away, though, was the attention to detail. I walked through every inch of the space when they were finished and couldn't find a single defect; no missed spots, no uneven lines, nothing. Just clean, professional work all around.
