Ambuck Services did a FANTASTIC job on my gutters. I honestly though I would need brand new gutters (based on their performance/appearance), and Ambuck Services proved me wrong. They were able to improve with my existing gutters -- making them more efficient than ever. These people are FAST: I requested a quote on Sunday night, received a phone call from the owner on Monday, they did their evaluation on Tuesday (with live texted updates/pictures/quotes), and the work was completed Thursday and Friday. Talk about a quick turnaround time! The VALUE of the work is incomparable to other places. The work performed went above and beyond what I thought a gutter company would do (beyond the gutter guard install, they did chimney repainting, facia recreation, weather proofing, and tree trimming). Requested a gutter clean; response was prompt for the following week to set date and time but the morning of it was delayed as the crew was working on a bigger job, so Ambuck said they will be there the following morning. Brandon was very responsive and let me know about a problem with our gutter. We were having a leak in our kitchen from all of the heavy rain. What a nightmare. I had read so many good reviews, they were misleading. I hired this company because my gutter was leaking in one place and the previous gutter guard in one spot was also leaking. They came out when I was not there and said they'd take care of it. This guy Josh comes out, in a company truck, and works on my gutters. Now they are worse off than before he came. Now they are leaking everywhere. I spent over a month talking with him about how he needs to come out and make it right. After many communications he tells me that his only job was to put in gutter guards, and he is not responsible for the fact that now my gutters leak everywhere. He offered to give me some of my money back, kept making empty promises. I contact the company who tells me that he worked on my house without their knowledge and it is not their responsibility legally to fix it, but they'll "make it right" regardless. But I called the main line, I contacted the company for repairs, but they are claiming now that they aren't legally bound to help me because Josh worked without their approval, and therefore wasn't licensed. But this is the company I hired. This is the company I called. This is the company who sent one of their guys out. Now my gutters are trashed and they say they are not responsible for it. The owner's wife was nice at first but just kept making excuses which largely surrounded how they didn't legally need to fix my situation but they were just going to do it out of the kindness of their heart. I called you. I hired your company. I spent 2k to just have my house fucked up. My gutters pour down, everywhere. And she admitted it, she said he wasn't sanctioned to come out and work on my house. But he was still their employee. Look I'm sorry if your guy took jobs from you behind your back, but I hired YOUR company. What a nightmare. I've had excuses upon excuses since May. I emailed them this morning regarding my gutters and mike reached back out the same day (today). He said he could come tomorrow. I get a call later and Brandon (his associate) was able to come out today. I had previous estimates done and hadn't been happy, so wanted to see what they would say. They said exactly what I already knew I needed, did a thorough inspection, and Brandon was very honest. They did the work the same day and took videos and pictures to show me what was going on. When I asked how my roof was he said in excellent condition- whereas another company told me it wasn't (which I already knew was false). Never showed up for a schedule appointment; used this company a few years ago- did good work however I needed some other work done and they never show up! I had the pleasure of working with Mike from Ambuck Services. Mike had incredible customer service and despite myself being at work he was easy to contact while he was doing work on my house. He also kept me up to date with how the job was going with pictures and texts. Beyond the exceptional customer service there service in general is great. The quote I was originally given increased only because I asked Mike to do some extra work at my house (lock in a loose shingle, seal small cracks in shingles, and reseal my chimney) while he was there. Before asking for additional work the original quote was right on point so I never felt blindsided and was comfortable the whole time. My gutters that have been on my house for years look as if they are brand new. As we are approaching April showers my gutters will drain perfectly without any concerns. My fiancé and I are both first time home owners and having a good company like this that is personable and genuine makes these types of jobs less stressful. If I ever need more work done on my gutters Ambuck is going to be my first call and I will have no concerns referring them to friends and family. I requested a quote for gutter cleaning and Mike responded almost immediately. (On thanksgiving morning at that!) He gave me a very reasonably quote and we arranged a day for him to come do the cleaning. That day was today. He showed up exactly when he said he would. Upon arrival he noticed some tree branches that were touching my home and offered to trim them for a good price. He and his partner did an amazing job! They cleaned the gutters, trimmed the branches, and cleaned everything up in only about 35-40 minutes. And it all looks great. I would 100% recommend them for gutter cleaning or any other services they provide. Very quick to respond and doesn't try and sell you on anything you don't need. Don't be fooled by fake 5 star reviews. These people are scam artists. They charged me a heck of a lot to put gutter guards, replace rotten fascia, clean gutters, cut branches, take down gutters and re pitch, repair a few damaged shingles. There was continued leakage, I contacted them multiple times, they only came after many months of repeated calling and then just cleaned the gutters, charged me for it and left. The problem never resolved. On calling again they ignored me. Save your money and go with another company. read more

Had a gutter that broke and was hanging. Mike called back promptly and came out to take a look at that and asked him for an estimate on putting on covers in addition to that. Had no idea that Yelp offers home repair listings. I desperately needed my gutters cleaned and had gotten the run around and no response from several others before I found Ambuck here. Initially they were supposed to come on Friday and no one showed up, when I texted the owner told me they were having issues with the work truck but guaranteed someone would come Saturday morning. Saturday came and so did the worker. He explained exactly what needed to be done and how he would do it, I even left and came back and he was still working. Because I had to leave my home before the work was done, the owner called me an collected credit card payment over the phone. Easy Breezy...
