We were told the bin would be picked up in one week, so we filled the bin. A week passed and no one returned to pick the bin up. We called, and initially they had no record of even dropping off a bin! Then we called a few hours later and talked to someone else, and only then were told there was a per-day charge to keep the bin, and we were supposed to call it in when we were done. That's not good business practice. When we received our reimbursement for the scrap metal, the rate we received was 1/3 of what we should have received based on market prices. A complete rip-off. Take your business elsewhere. You'll do better going anywhere else but here.

On top of that, certain employees are rude the moment you walk in and act like customers are an inconvenience, even though handling bottles and cans is literally their job. The inconsistency and attitude have made this place unreliable and frustrating to deal with.
