Horrible service. Their hours say they close at 7pm. I called before hand at 6:30 and no answer. I show up and their are still people working. I ask if they can put a tire on my rim which I already had. Easy job to do. And they said NO because they close In 10 minutes. Was referred by a friend for tires on my Ford F150. I was quoted $400 for standard tires with a 1 year warranty and $560 for all terrain with 1 1/2 year warranty plus an additional $50 for an alignment. The man I spoke with stated that since most of my driving was highway the standard tires should be good. After the tires were installed and the alignment complete I was told my total was $550. I told him that he quotes me $450. He told me that I was mistaken and that he wished he had a recording of our conversation. I told him that I wished I had gotten the estimate in writing but I took him at his word. I told him bottomline that for an extra $60 I would have gotten the all terrain with the better warranty. He "graciously" gave me a $40 discount. I will never use them again and I caution you against going there. The practice what amounts to "bait and switch". Lesson learned. read more

Ii bought two tires there less than two weeks ago. 4 days ago one of the tires became flat, apparently there was a plug there because it was a perfect little hole as I was listening and watching the air come out. So I took it back and they "repaired it" I guess since they were used I couldn't get another one. The very nice gentleman tjat assisted me old me I was good to go to Vegas if I wanted to. I really hate to be that person who writes a bad review on a place, especially a mom & pop shop that's trying to build their customer base up.. But this place was just a disappointment. On one Sunday, I went to 3 different places to try & get my wheel alignment done (All unsuccessful, but I'll try & stay specific w/ this location of course). This was the 2nd stop. I waited 3 hours before they told me they're unable to do it because my ball joints. They close at 2 [It was around 1:50 by the time they told me that couldn't do it] & said I'd have to go to auto zone to get the part, but they're not going to be able to do it for me that day because they close in 10 minutes. I felt like I was already being patient enough & i really did like their customer service (minus the language barrier, but that's not a reason for the 1 star). They kept telling me it's not aligned, but "it's better." Which is not enough for me, I came & waited for a job well done. I'm glad they didn't make me pay (THANKS for something, just 3 hours of my time). But this being as bad as it is, I also left my wheel lock w/ them! I stopped by the next day (Monday), & "the guy who worked on my car wasn't working today." Which was completely fine, I was in a better mood & i even apologized for being mad the previous day (but they got the LEAST amount attitude they'd get from someone who waited 3 hours for a job incomplete, i'd call them lucky).. So I told them that I'll be in tomorrow. Tomorrow came around (Tuesday) & the guy who worked on my car was STILL not working, but he was on the way, supposedly. I ended up waiting 30 minutes for the guy to come in to work, & then another 30 minutes for them to just find my wheel lock.. I really wanted to give them another chance to redeem themselves, but I think they ended up doing more damage to my car than good because I ended up going to pep boys & they said they messed w/ something in my car & i had to drop another $50 on top of my wheel alignment so that they'd fix it.. I'm so disappointed, & I wouldn't say to not try em out, but I really hope they get it together & perhaps get a bit more organized.. read more

And only cost $45 for my escalade.....Great customer service, he even took the nail out of my tire and fixed it with no problem after I came back for no charge. He was honest about me having a few more weeks left on my other tired and didn't rush me or my questions even tho I got here right before closing. This is definitely my new tire place. read more

Been here three times now and each time they took care of our tires quickly, with no appointment, and at a good price. This will be the tire place we come to from now on. Recently we were told by the Sears Auto Center they couldn't perform a tire rotation because the lug nuts ceases and couldn't be removed. These guys at Reyes had no problems with the lug nuts, had them off and the rotation done in 15 minutes! And for less than 20 bucks too. read more

Best quality for price and fast guys... being a female is hard to find good trustworthy mechanics but all of these guys are honest good working guys.. i also just got my back brakes done and rotors resurfaced there i took to 3 other places to get quotes and all places told me id need new rotors trying to get an extra 200$$ Not this place they were honest even after i told them what the other places said... there hands down the best!!! read more

This review will be straight and too the point. Guys were ultimately fast and efficient, was out of there in about 30 minutes. Although when I decided to rotate my own tires this next time around, I noticed a lot of my lug nuts were kind of stripped. And I encountered one I was barely even able to remove safely. Today I noticed I had a flat tire. Drove to the gas station and then noticed there was a hole - it was beyond repair. I just needed to go two more miles to some place safe and my husband said he is on his way to take care of it. I didn't make even one mile but luckily there was a tire shop so I drove in. The guy came up to me and I told him my story and to top it all off in my rush forgot my wallet. He said "no problem and just come back later to pay me. You need help and I trust you." We came here because my coworker recommended this tire shop to us. We got there without an appointment and they helped us immediately. It took about 20-30 minutes and we were extremely satisfied to see that even tho we bought two used tires which was about ($70.00 ) with balancing and such they almost looked brand new as if no one had used them... I bought a couple of quality tires from them. I had been shopping around, visited about 4 shops and this were by far the best tires I could get for my Money. Bridgestone RE050a runflats, with about 75% of remaining life. A rare find in used tire shops. I arrived at around 7:30 pm and even though they were closing, they took the extra time to take care of me. The tires were balanced and mounted promptly and I was out in about 15 minutes!.
