I showed up, met Franco and found out he's the owner. Great service! Excellent selection and again, attractive prices. His team changed out the 4 tires on my truck super fast and I was in and out. Soon, I found out that the tire size I asked for was too big. They started rubbing on the fender liners and a suspension component. No fault on the shop's part. I did a google search for tire sizes and just asked the shop for what I wanted. They delivered on their end. But, Franco was kind enough to work with me. He let me exchange the tires for a set that fit, and I only had to pay the additional labor, which was very reasonable. I highly recommend Champion Tires Inc! But I started having issues. One, I got home and one tire was flatttt af, so I had to ask him to get someone to my house to pump air on the tire and replace it, which Franco did. They changed the tire no problem, cool, then a day after, my car started rattling baddddd. So I had to get towed to another tire shop to get the car checked. Guess what the new shop said? CHAMPION TIRES FORGOT TO TIGHTEN ALL FOUR OF MY TIRES LUG NUTS! Literally each tires were being held by ONE hand tightened lug nut! They said the tires would've went flying off!!! I have a baby and I was driving with my baby in the car! Safety issue and nothing was done to it. The only thing I got was "I'm sorry that happened to you" Be careful with these guys. I came in as they were finishing up another customer, but they took me in maybe 5 minutes later and they finished the service in the 10 minutes that they promised. I asked if I would need any additional services (e.g. tire rotation, tire replacement if the original tire was damaged), but they said all was well and charged the (super low!) price that they quoted over the phone. When I asked about the pricing, the staff couldn't provide a clear explanation. I don't mind paying for a service, but I do expect transparency and basic communication.
