I called asking if they could mount a new wheel that I purchased to replace my cracked rim, and they said they could have me in and out in 10 minutes. I came in as they were finishing up another customer, but they took me in maybe 5 minutes later and they finished the service in the 10 minutes that they promised. I asked if I would need any additional services (e.g. tire rotation, tire replacement if the original tire was damaged), but they said all was well and charged the (super low!) price that they quoted over the phone. Man what a crazy experience I had today here. I've always came here to change tires but today the old guy was here but I called ahead of time if they are open and if their prices are the same for labor only tire change for a base model car. However when the old guy finished on top of the money they quoted me on the phone they wanted $20 more for recycling tire fee just to remind you I've been here like 7 times and I've always recommended my family and friends to come here too. After this incident I took my old tires and literally a block away from them there was a business called (Rima Tires) they actually took my old tire free of charge and they told me they charge half the price for labor and they were also very cool people . Everything happens for a reason the old man decided to be dishonest with his loyal customer and he knows me I've been there multiple times. Now I've found a new place and I'll put their photo here so you guys can go ahead and support honest people rather than this place. Quoted me $10 per wheel to mount tire w/ balancing w/c is pretty good price for me. When I got there they said the $10 per wheel are just for small wheels. Fair enough. I thought 18in wheel should be much different. They gave me $75 for all four (mounted & balanced on my own tires). ARE YOU EFFING KIDDING ME? In addition, when i told them that I'll go elsewhere one of the gentlemen said "yeah, go elsewhere". DONT WASTE YOUR TIME ON THIS SHOP. GO ELSEWHERE. There are others nearby that can give you a better deal. John's tire shop on Troy (about a mile away) charged me $25 for a pair. That's mounting & balancing. read more

FAST service! I was in and out in less than 15 minutes. Went in because I thought my tire had a small leak, turns out it was unrepairable. Luckily they had the same exact tire that I already had in stock. Inexpensive and very quick tire change. I mean granted it was only one tire, but still! Only 15 min. Outstanding customer service and great prices. I called today, Jan. 5 2016 at around 4pm expecting the business to be closed due to the inclement weather. The gentleman did let know that they were going to close early but he'd wait for me if I was going to show up. I got there and he gave me a great deal on 4 tires for my truck. They offer new and used tires. I was out within 45 minutes even though there was a customer ahead of me and there was pouring rain. The Owners son helped me out with the balancing on my BMW 528i. They are open later than most tire shops in the area hence why I went there. Very knowledgable, answered all of my questions and even explained to me what the numbers meant on the balancing machine. Great price too might I add.
