Will never be back! Been coming here for 10 years and just realized how quickly the stores go bad. I just got 4 supposedly "very good" 90% tread used tires, an alignment, brakes and pads. Less than 5,000 miles later the tires were about to blow. I went to a few other tire Shops and they said the tires were RE-TREADED to look newer. Beware of this. Hard to tell unless you're an expert. Beware of these crooks. Do yourself a favor and avoid doing business with them. I've been a loyal customer for years, but this new owner tried to scam me. The alignment specs sheet clearly showed that my car didn't pass, yet they insisted the alignment was "perfect." Then they tried to blame it on my "worn-out" tires, which made no sense since the car kept pulling to the left. They even tried to upsell me on new tires, but after replacing them, the car still didn't drive straight. To top it off, they were screaming and even tried to fight me. They wouldn't let me take a picture of the alignment specs sheet, so I had to snatch the papers from them. They also insisted I couldn't get a refund because the "service had already been performed," claiming I was trying to get the service "for free." Later, they said that the sway bar link was broken. I've already filed a BAR complaint, and I'm posting this to warn others about this dishonest business. read more

Two of my friends tires had been slashed after making a weird turn, we were able to put a spare on one but we definitely need to replace them right away. I called Champion Tires and they made us aware that they did sell used tires and we got there under 5 minutes. Franco was extremely helpful gave us a rate of $100 for two used tires for a Kia Soul which was wonderful, we were in and out in like 15 minutes it was such a great experience. Not very experienced on alignments. Only adjusted camber and toe. Didn't want to spend the time to adjust the caster. Plus stripped out brand new camber adjustment bolt. They do have a nice hunter alignment rack but the technician is not very good read more

Came here about a month and a half ago for an alignment and a tire paid about 175$ but after driving for about a week I noticed my alignment was still not straight. I would leave the steering wheel straight and the car would shift to the side. Today I went in because my tire was messed up and I brought it to their attention that I had just came and that the results weren't what I expected and that because of the alignment my tire is once again messed up. They brushed it off and said that my alignment was fine and that I had a bubble on my tire. I never saw a bubble and they never showed me the bubble. They charged me 63$ for a used tire and said that when I start driving I'll see that it wasn't my alignment. Wrong, as soon as I drove off the lot my car started shifting the same way as before and the tire shows that it's low psi. read more

I came to this place because I had a noise in my car and they told me it was because of my rear brakes so I payed $517 and thought they fixed it 2 months later I heard the same sound and when I went they said I needed the rear brakes fixed so I told them they just did them 2 months ago and they told me they did the front ones instead of the back ones they did the wrong work the first time I came my error was that I didn't check the receipt but I specified to them and they told me what was supposed to be done I had to go to another mechanic shop and I had to pay $800 dollars to fix their error and I had to change my discs because of their error and now they don't want to be responsible for what they did and they guy that helped me the first time hid because he knew what he did. if u need any service don't come here because they same could happen to you read more

Had a tire repaired (Less than 500 mile Michelin) and then a few weeks later went flat and afterwards found out they never repaired the tire. This is a car we only use maybe on the weekend. So, my husband bought two new tires and went back there and asked if they wanted to buy the other front tire and while he was discussing this with the employee they had already shredded it with a razor blade. I gave this place three stars for only friendly staffs and quickly installation. I noticed that 2 of my rims got scratched up when the job was done. It could be made from one of their machine while they were swapping the tires. If you dont mind your rims get scratches, you can send your cars here for cheap price on tire repairs or affordable prices on new tires. I should of checked Yelp before going here. I was an automobile technician as my first career. Low air and leak in my front left 3500 dually. Easy fix, I figured these guys could handle it, valve stem replacement. Ok, 20-25 bucks. I guess I had a 3500 so they charged me 35 bucks, over priced. I asked them to torque my rim back on.. they didn't even have a fn torque wrench on property. If you didn't know, ANY GOOD SHOP, TECHNICIAN, MECHANIC OR TIRE SHOP SHOULD AT LEAST TORQUE YOUR RIMS BACK ON TO PREVENT DAMAGE AND WARPING TO YOUR ROTORS. I'll never go back here. Garbage. I have been going to Champion Tires for over 10 years. This time Enrique, Henry in Spanish, waved me off and said I can leave and go to another tire shop. They brought out a pair of great tires and said $100. I looked at them and asked them to give me a better deal. That's when I was given the brush off and told to go somewhere else, so I started to head out of their facility. I was driving out and was passing by Enrique. I told him he was very rude and that he should have, at least, offered me the tires for $90. He immediately said "$90? Yeah I'll take that"! I said no that his rudeness had cost him a good dedicated customer who has sent them several clients. So I went down the street to Valley Tires and they offered me the same quality of tires for $100. I said they need to come down in price. Roger asked me my price. I said $90. He said okay, then I said $85 for the tires and I will give you a $5 tip. He smiled and said "cash right"? I said yes and he said Okay, I can do that. That is what I always have done at Champion Tires. Get a good lower price and give the installer a tip. I went in for AC recharge, my cars AC didnt work after reacharge they where kind and emptied the system so i could fix the issue. I replaced every AC component in the car and took it in for a charge again. They charged it but didnt lubricate the system even when notified the system was all new and not lubricated,the PAG oil was provided. Their machine never lubricated the system and now the system is toasts 2 days after it was new. Dont go here for AC. DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE HERE! I went in to get an alignment, my rear end was swaying back and forth and the front was drifting. It sounds bad but it was still drivable. After they did the alignment, most of the specs of the alignment were not even adjusted. All they did was the front wheels. I went discount tires to get my air checked because the light was on, they did all my tires and found a nail in one and would fix it for free. But checked my tires and said 3 where real bad, I couldn't afford new tires right now so I went to Champion Tires in Spring Valley because they have good used tires . I purchased 3 tires for $150.00 they gave no receipt? I pull out my TPMS light is flashing like crazy ? So I looked it up on the internet and it said maybe I need to drive for 30 minutes at 15 to 65 miles per without stopping to reset the TPMS But that didn't work went back to discount Tires to check the air it's supposed to be at 35 each tire , keep in mind the tire shop put the air in the tires when They put 3 used tires on 38, 36,33 ? So discount tires puts the right amount in it but the TPMS light is flashing and they tell me one or more of my sensors is damaged and needs to be replaced? Go back to tire shop(champion tire shop) in spring valley and they have all these signs hanging around ( not responsible for damaged to Rims, TPMS, and other things) ? Now I know why it cost $100.00's of dollars to fix 1 TPMS sensor not sure how many they damaged and they don't care they can't even put in the right amount of air Don't go here , now I know why they don't give receipts when your paying cash Don't go here beware they don't care read more

We got our tires rotated and they didn't put our hub cap back on right when we left the place our hub cap flew off and broke so my husband called right away and they said they would replace it so we waited and went back and the old man said they fall off all the time and wouldn't replace it what a cheap ass for doing that and then walked away bad bad service and will not ever go back there again! read more

I called ahead and spoke to the service advisor to get a front end alignment. I had appointment with them were running behind on so they said it would need an extra 30 minutes. I returned an hour later to find out that their technician couldn't align a Toyota pickup truck. I believe the Toyota trucks be one of the top five most common pickup trucks in the road.
