I've been buying stuff from them for almost 10 years now. I had a return and shipped it to their warehouse via my own FedEx label. It was delivered and signed for and now they are saying they can't find it and it's my fault the package is missing. Fedex gave me a proof of delivery document for it and it's still my fault. I've been on hold for 20 minutes now. It's happened multiple times before. I love their customer service when someone finally does answer. I have spent a lot of money with them, but starting to wonder. They have an option to "press 1 and not loose your place in the que." I have tried that only to never get a return call. When mentioned, the rep has mentioned that they know there's a glitch. Fix it. Come on Revzilla!! Get it together. Hire more people. This has happened many times before. ONLINE SERVICES/EXPERIENCE ONLY I'm not from Philly so I've never been to their storefront before (although I'd love to one of these days!), but I do buy religiously from them online if I ever need any motorcycle parts or gear because they have the best prices in terms of tax + shipping cost/maximum as well as shipping pace. I love that they take care of tax for us (California tax gets pretty gnarly sometimes), there's no restocking fee if you need to return something and the cap on free shipping is merely $40.00 compared to other online places that would need at least $80.00-$100.00+ to qualify for free shipping. I've never had a problem with their customer service either, in fact they've always been on top of their game whenever something were to happen. When I bought my dirt biking gear and my jersey was delayed due to stocking issues, Revzilla notified me right when it happened and even gave me $15.00 credit to apologize. That's top notch in my book! What's even better is that they have a warehouse in Las Vegas so sometimes parts/gear get delivered under 24 hours since Vegas is only 4 hours away from where I live. If not from their Vegas warehouse and directly from their HQ it takes about 4 days (if lead time is not needed). But if there is lead time that's needed (usually listed on each item online) then it'll take longer for them to ship it to you. I've also easily returned stuff to them with no problem. I bought Dainese boots once that were too big and they easily sent me a smaller sized one as they sent me a return slip to return the one I had. I love their Zilla Cash system, since we buy plenty of motorcycle parts we easily earn cash back that goes towards our next purchase! It just means we can purchase stuff at cheaper prices. :D They also do price matches as well that's easily taken care of once you shoot them a price match request with all the details. read more

I ordered a pair of boots as a birthday gift for my dad. I purchase it Monday and selected next day delivery for the extra 36 dollars. Hoping to receive it wednesday. Tracking from ontrac said they haven't received it, I called up revzilla.They told me it was going to be on time, and that there tracking is slow to update. Turns out the shipment never even arrived at ontrac til two days later. Ordered on a monday and receive on a thursday.It sat in their warehouse for two full days. When I call to ask for a refund of my shipment, they lied to me said it was on time, after debating with Customer rep what next day shipping means, they offered half refund of my shipping cost. Mind you, they offer free shipping to began with. What a scummy company, why offer shipping options when you don't follow through and also like most of the other review, there first time customer promo code doesn't work. Bought an exhaust system from them online that leaked. After a day of reinstalling it I gave up and called to get a return. After a week of waiting I was told it was "normal" for a 600$ exhaust to leak. They did agree to a return but made me feel like I was trying to get one by them and said that if I buy another one and it doesn't work properly I can't return it. This company is unreal. I tried to order a helmet, suddenly the order was cancelled. When I called, one of the higher ups I spoke to said it was due to the email address domain I used (which, in their email to me, they lied and claimed it was due to insufficiencies on my card?). Okay, I'll just use my Gmail address...and it got cancelled again. Tried calling to ask what the problem was and was given a massive run around. One star for them wasting my time, and the incompetent person on the phone constantly interrupting me, claim that they weren't, and then continue acting like a jacka*s. Not really too bummed out, I'll make sure to let everyone I know not to use Revzilla. Maybe it won't hurt sales, but really it's to just let you guys know that you have extremely poor customer service, and sense. Oh, and just FYI to those of you wondering: I was given the option of wire transferring funds (yeah, the sh*t you're warned against), or sending a photo ID and picture of my card. Sounds fine, right? You would think a simple exchange and/or return would be able to happen within hours, not days! I received defective Performance Machine APEX grips that I ordered from Revzill.com, along with other stuff. A day later after install, the throttle grip came apart from the inner plastic sleeve, while on my Harley. This is very dangerous and could've been deadly. I emailed Revzilla immediately along with pictures. All I get is the runaround with their support department and replies with, "I need to wait, they are waiting to hear back from manufacturer". Oh, and technical advice from them, "Have you tried gluing it back?". I'm not gluing anything back. If that doesn't work right, I'm not taking the chance of it while on a ride at 80 mph. Plus, I shouldn't have to. These are $130 Performance Machine grips. The quality is supposed to be second to none. There is no urgency on Revzilla's part to resolve matters that can be resolved within the same business day. Here's what makes Revzilla truly special: I came across a video review for gloves priced at $25. Think about that for a moment... they write, light, shoot, edit, color and edit sound for each video. I work in film production in LA and know the cost, time, and energy it takes to create content as slick as theirs. Think its for profit margins? I doubt the markup on $25 gloves is the reason why. No. These guys do it because -- they love to ride, they love to educate, they are obsessed with gear. They talk about every item they sell with the same detail regardless of the cost. I'm convinced if they had a Dianese ballpoint pen, they'd review that, too. They consistently blow me away by their dedication to their site, their brand, and riders. Simply put, they are one of the best online retailers I have ever seen. Admittedly while shopping, I found a few items a few bucks cheaper on ebay, but after using Revzilla to comparison shop, and considering their no-restock fees, buying from an unknown source just seems wrong or unholy. Saving a few bucks won't be so great when you're stuck with an ill-fitting item. Both Shoei helmets I bought were shipped to my door within two days. Mad respect for Tony in customer service. AMAZING!!! (products and customer service). I know nothing about bikes and nothing about gear, but after coming here, I feel like I'm an expert. They give you individual attention and answer any questions you may have. I've had a few employees help me out and each one made my experience even better. I went in thinking I wanted a certain helmet, but with the help of one of the guys, found one that I loved even more. He sized my head, put the helmet on, taught me how to take it off without killing my ears, and made sure it felt comfortable. Then, onto the gloves. I didn't think I would need gloves, but sure am glad they talked me into it! I never knew what a difference your hands would feel with them vs without them after riding. I have pretty small hands, so it was a bit tough trying to find gloves that fit, but the woman that helped me found one that was PERFECT! It has a nice natural curve to it too. Now, the jacket. I thought I wanted a black jacket to match with the black bike I have, but when they brought me out my white jacket, love at first site (actually loved it when I put it on, but u get my drift...) It went perfect with my helmet. They showed me the different b/w the summer jackets vs winter ones, etc etc. I never spoken to anyone over the phone when placing online orders, so I can't really review on that, but I do love how the site is set up. The videos they have make it easy to decide which item I would purchase. Also, the entire set-up of the site makes it easy to find what I'm looking for. Shipping is extremely fast. My friend and I went there shopping for Sidi boots in my fantastically small foot size - we were surprised and pleased they had inventory for me to try. We worked on my needs with Brian, who was patient, kind and extremely educated on the products carried. Brian took time to go through different components of boots, jackets, pants, gloves - everything! We were there for a couple of hours, but the time flew as it was such an amazing and educational experience.
