My experience was positive. Staff was very helpful. It took about 30 minutes to get all the paperwork complete. read more

Delia's Firearms - Brand new 9 millimeter. Im gonna transfer and get a revolver - Guns & Ammo Near Me - Philadelphia, Pennsylvania

This is the best place to get your local firearms; they are also the fastest, best place to pick up your FFL firearms! The owner, Robert, is especially hands-on. They are knowledgeable, attentive, and well-versed. Check them out; you won't be disappointed read more

I know this place has some mixed reviews but I've been coming here for years and it's a hit or miss with the staff . Some days are better than others and sometimes I understand you have customers coming in and don't have proper gun etiquette. I'm sure it gets annoying at a certain point of the day. 2nd thing that's a lil annoying they have to buzz you in to get through the door, which is totally understandable and there's only a certain amount of people they let in at a time so you might be waiting in the rain for a while or until someone lets you in but other than that, they are legit prices are a little high, but that's going to be common with local shops. read more

DO NOT GO TO THIS SHOP. Because it was my first time buying a firearm, the men there took advantage of me telling me prices for background checks and state taxes that were extravagant and as I have just found out, were also untrue. It's my fault. I stopped there on my way home from work and didn't do prior research which is unusual for me. I hope they enjoy the money they tricked me out of, they've seen me as a customer for the last time. read more

I drove an 25 min to get here waited at the door knocked they just stared at me and wouldn't let me in . I will take my business else where screw this place read more

Was greeted and treated very well! I chose a hand gun and will be returning for more. The price was great for me. HAPPY CUSTOMER MERRYXMAS

They put wrong serial numbers on the firearms I purchased and had the authorities show up at my residence as if I were a criminal or something! Don't know if this was intentional because I am a female, but I will take my business elsewhere. read more

good prices and easy to get to accesorios and cheaper than other stores around Philadelphia

I went there today to pick up my first firearm purchase, they staff was very friendly, we had a great conversation and they were very helpful ! I 100 percent recommend this business !! read more

I bought a Ruger LCP through their website and picked it up. No, problem everything went good completed background check. I'm a Army veteran and retired federal Leo. I had got a price list from Glock through the Blue label program. I was interested in getting a Glock 43X w/amglo bold sights glock has it listed for $431.60 (glock blue label is for active duty military/retired, first responders and active/retired leos). Delia's, is listed as a blue label dealer. But they tried playing with the price and had their own blue label "list" that wasn't anywhere near the Glock blue label price list. Then when I questioned it the short younger guy said, that's our price. I laughed and left POS!!! They quoted me a price of $506.00. I would recommend all my brothers and sisters military/leo's check out Firing Line, Inc.. read more

Called ahead. Was told as long as I was here by 4. Took a 30 min Lyft for 50.00 just to get here and get turned away at 3:30. So 100.00 on a Lyft rides for waste of time. read more

The worst ever. First off the lines are around the corner and most of the people buying guns here would fit perfect on the old Jerry springer show. The workers for the most part seem to only want to do the bare minimum and aren't really helpful when it comes to answering questions to say the least. I've had great experiences at other places avoid this one it's cheap for a reason read more

Have bought three firearms through them the last 3 months, 1 handgun and 1 long gun ordered on the internet and 1 long gun from their web site and had no problem. read more

Terrible customer service. Mediocre pistol range. Please check out other ranges in the area before wasting your money on these miserable people. If you want an attitude and overpriced ammo this is the place to go. read more

This is a small yet great gun shop. Good prices and nice selection. Only complaint I have is with other reviews. This place does not have a range. I don't know where the bad reviews about the range are coming from. Lol please make sure you have the right place before writing a negative review. read more

I was there today, purchasing my first gun ever from this business. It was a great experience, the guys were very helpful and showed me a couple of options and explained everything in detail. They answered all of my questions and were super friendly. The whole process went super smooth and I was out of there in no time with my brand new gun. Thank you guys. I will be back soon. read more

I DO NOT RECOMMEND!! I was rushed to make a purchase and the store and they weren't trying to show me all my options, they show me the expensive guns, and wanted me to purchase quickly. I was profiled as soon as I enter the store, and they watch me like a hawk. I believe you can spend your money and better gun stores in the city, but this one is not good at all! They have you wait outside for hours to even be acknowledged. I came to this establishment with my brother and he was not allowed in even though he is law-enforcement. read more

Very Unprofessional! Entitled old men who don't believe in quality customer service. I waited hours to make a purchase and was turned away 10mins before closing. I was charged almost double for a gun when I returned for the second time. F*ck these guys read more

50-100 dollars over MSRP, pretty much everywhere, absurd 'paperwork' fees, most places are judged by how much UNDER the MSRP they are, this one is apparently trying to see how much over they can be. Go to Surplus City, go to The Bunker, Tanners, basically anywhere else with upfront, realistic pricing, and skip this place. You could purchase most of the things I saw there online, pay shipping, tax AND a transfer fee, and still come out ahead. I like supporting the little guy, but not if they are out to squeeze me for every last penny they can, and justify the bait and switch website pricing by pretending tax and paperwork fees (a PICS check costs a shop 5 bucks, just FYI) are something in the order of 50-60 bucks? No thank you. read more

I called to get a simple question asked and get all this attitude. I buy guns alot and was looking for some place new to buy guns.im in law enforcement and my co workers also always buy guns.if this attitude continues me and alot of potential future customers will just go elsewhere.im sure if they go to a restaurant with bad workers and food they wouldn't go back.I like the online setup so we will see how things go and ask in person why the attitude read more

i buy all my arms in this store always a grear place to do business even though the owners are new they still offer the same friendly service great prices and its an overall perfect place to buy your glocks if you are in law enforcement. thanks a ton fred , charlie and all the new staff! read more

the staff were very unprofessional, not helpful at all. the person who attended to me had an attitude problem. he did not want to answere any questions, he did not feel like educating me as far as what type of fire arm may be best for me, etc. maybe it was time for him to go home. I work in retail and I know how one should conduct in customer service. they lost a significant sale. read more

My favorite store. Been shopping here since I first got my license to carry. Staff is helpful and friendly. The lines can be long and you have to go through a background check but that's every gun store in pa. If you don't pass the background check it's on your end not the stores. read more

My last two visit there I have been generally unimpressed the SALES staff. For example I spoke of an M&P which is referring to Military & Police, especially Smith & Wesson models. They seemed to have never heard of any before. OK, I guess, they are the pros, right. I asked to see a Glock model 43. I was told they didn't have any. On person was nice enough to even looked in the back. They said they only get them in once in a great while but had none. And OK, I guess...until I pointed out that there in their display case was one marked Glock model 43 and was in fact a Glock model 43. What a surprise. Thirty-nine years ago I purchased from them at their former location and was pleased then read more

I went to Delia's Gun Shop recently to buy a handgun for home defense. I hadn't purchased a new gun in about 20 years and so was not up to date on the latest handguns. The people here were super nice and knowledgeable and helped me find the ideal gun. The purchase was extremely easy which surprised me since I moved from a state with very restrictive gun laws. The prices are very competitive and they have a great selection of handguns and rifles to meet any need. While I was there, I was able to see their interactions with other customers with various gun knowledge levels. They were always polite, friendly, and helpful. I would return to them to buy any future guns. read more

Awesome place patient people answered all 2 million my questions friendly convenient I only come here

this store is small and easy to miss when driving down the street, but its worth taking a ride to find this place.......the guys in this store are very helpful and knowledgeable, and always eager to help the customer.......the store is like a time warp to 1968 inside, but maybe that explains how they are able to keep their gun prices lower than most other gun shops, the prices are always below the manufacturers suggested price at a time when most shops are $50-$100 above msrp, and they will order anything you dont see in stock......you can save money here, they dont charge extra for the registration........they even offer free coffe with powdered creamer while u wait..........its a good place, maybe not for everyone, but definitely for the person who wants an honest deal at a good price read more

Been here a few times and every time the staff was attentive and friendly. I made a purchase and they took time to show me everything about it. The price tag is "out the door" price which i thoight was a major plus! Their prices are good and they don't pressure you to buy. Support this local business. read more

Due to unfortunate circumstances in my family, we needed to ship several guns to another state. The staff at this store were professional and understanding to our ordeal and really helped us out in a time of need.
