Thank you John K. You are one of our favorites. Let it ride! - Deb @ Sorgys Paul- Your YELP post is disturbing considering we have bent over backwards to provide unprecedented customer service to you--including "house calls". Not once, have you talked to me about being unhappy. Our values remain the same.....our mechanics are top notch, honest and hugely talented. Our Parts Manager is knowledgable, works hard and long to buy our parts at bottom dollar to pass that savings to you. We provide extra discounts to all our Vets and Public Servants. Sorgy (the man) is still here with us and has never left....we are providing the same service that earned us that stellar reputation. I'd like the chance to make things right with you as these types of reviews are taken VERY seriously. It's easy to write a scathing review in the heat of anger. I stake my reputation on these guys and their values and work ethic. Calling us liars and thieves is extremely damaging. Call us and let's work this out. Deb @ Sorgys Let it Ride!

QZ Cycle - Love my old bike now that John has made sure it's running great!

Review for QZ cycle…read more John is the best. I regularly ride at over 120MPH and I know that every nut and bolt could be the difference between life and death. I wouldn't trust anyone except John with my cycle. Ii took a little while to schedule in and with good reason, John is busy because he can be trusted does good work and doesn't charge an arm and a leg to do it. I am so glad to have found someone in Austin that can be trusted to do the job right. In the end I had 1 clogged jet, 1 jet not seating right, a broken intake boot, and a cracked exhaust pipe. He repaired all of that, and also flushed all my fluids and checked my tires. On that note good thing he checked they were way off. What impressed me most is that he personally rides everything after working on it. He told me the back tire broke loose for him. I have been riding that bike for years and never gotten the tire to break loose, so I know he didn't take it lightly on her. I love that when someone not only talks the talk but walks the walk. The fact that he got down on it hard enough to spin a tire tells me a lot. Now she purrs like a kitten with that deep loud rumble she had when I first got her, no more idle problems, and the response time when I roll on it is 1000% better. Honest and good trustworthy work that doesn't cost an arm and a leg, sign me up for that!!! Thanks again John for the work, I will be back for any and everything bike related. 2001 Midnight star 1600cc 3k miles.

this man is complete nice guy, brought him a rim to put a tire on, and balance, mind you it was…read morefresh painted and I waited three week for paint and clear coat to fully cure, Brought it to this man and he said I'm real carful with new painted rims, did not use a jaw cover and drove a spoon into the paint causing me to repaint a quarter of side rim over, hell what's another 7 hours of fixing right. After almost having it simi better i see he didn't even balance it. In my opinion he's a hack not because he didn't balance the tire but because he felt the job he did on my stuff was less important than other things he was doing in the shop. Lesson Get my own balancer and tire mounter and stay away from people who don't care to do the right thing.

UPDATE Mancuso Harley is way better and they fixed this dealerships mess. After finding out more it…read morebaffles me how this dealer is still in business for what they do to bikes. Stay far far away from these scam artists! Drive to Houston it's worth it Would love to give zero stars!! Thought this was a good dealer until they told me they fixed my bike (been on 4week cross country trip and had issue with loose coil wire) when they called me this morning then I rode for 131 miles when it broke down on side of interstate The lousy manager called me back and when I asked why it broke he told me they didn't have the part so they rigged it and drove around parking lot, but they never told me any of this just said bike was ready and was getting washed NEVERRRR AGAIN would I set foot in this dealer even for a free bike

If you've ever wondered what it's like to break down on a motorcycle in the middle of your holiday…read moreride and still somehow have a great time, let me assure you--it's possible. Miracles happen. And apparently, they happen at the New Braunfels Harley Davidson, with Hal, Will, Daniel, and Stephan! After our Harley decided to take a personal day, the service team swooped in like pit crew angels. Not only did they get our bike into the shop quickly, they treated us like VIPs--minus the velvet ropes but definitely with the same level of hospitality. While the bike was getting tended to, they didn't just leave us sitting around twiddling our thumbs. Nope. They carried us straight to Black's Barbecue, where we enjoyed a surprisingly delightful lunch that almost made us forget we were temporarily stranded. And let me tell you, nothing soothes a mechanical crisis quite like smoked meat and sweet tea. By the time we finished eating, our timing was chef's kiss perfect. We returned just as our bike was ready, hopped back on, and rode off toward our lakeside cabin for the next leg of our holiday adventure--full bellies, full hearts, and a freshly serviced Harley purring like it never tried to ruin our plans.
