The quote was for James, an awesome cleaner, (1 person) to deep clean (selling the house) for 6 hours and 4 hours of steam cleaning carpets for $678.00. I found out when I walked into the house 3 people were permitted in my house to clean without cthe malting with me. clean staff lied about when they started. A neighbour vouched the keys were retrieved 30 minutes late. When I arrived I was shocked to find them eating their lunch not cleaning! Now here's the worst part...... they changed the agreement and asked if I would agree to pay an additional 1.5 hours, for 3 staff,to finish the job totaling $450.00. I said ABSOLUTELY NOT!!! I just checked my MasterCard and they have billed me an additional $169.70 without my authorization!!! RUN, DO NOT WALK, FROM THIS ORGANIZATION!!! Do not do it!!! You'll regret it.
