Following the cleaning services, our floors were sticky and spotted, large parts of the house were completely untouched and very obviously dirty high-contact services were not cleaned. I spoke to Laura following this service and she ensured me that if I emailed her pictures of the work that was done, she would have the customer service manager call me back. That was nearly 7 weeks ago. I have called and left a message as well as emailed but there has been no response from anyone from the company. The work they did was not even close to being the +$600 that they charged. If I knew I would have to re-clean all of the house again, after the cleaners, I would have just done it once by myself the first time.
