I'd honestly give this place a 4.5, but I'm putting 5 to make up for the people who dropped 1-2…read morestar reviews without thinking twice about how that affects a business. Most of those complaints are about new policies (likely added because of customer abuse) or because the recovery center hours didn't fit their personal schedule. This gym is everything you could want from a higher-end facility. The equipment floor is amazing -- every machine, cardio option, and free weight setup you could ask for. There's turf, a basketball court, pool, pickleball, and a recovery center that's way ahead of what Equinox offers in the area. The smoothie bar and supplement/energy drink shop are loaded with great brands and tons of variety. Staff is super friendly -- which makes a huge difference -- and the place is always clean and well maintained. The only reason I'd say 4.5 instead of a full 5 is the showers. You can tell it used to be an LA Fitness -- they've redone about 98% of the gym, but not quite the showers. Nothing bad at all, just slightly older grout and a little dated look. But who really cares? I'm in and out in three minutes. I'm here to train, recover, and shower -- not overthink it. So yeah -- highly recommend this gym. Unless you've got a victim mentality and love to complain about tiny, meaningless things. In that case, maybe go somewhere else.

Overall, we were really impressed with everything, especially the classes that they offered and the amenities that you can include in your monthly membership. Not a good option for families with younger kids but this is the place for anyone interested in an upscale fitness club with lots of amenities!

Orangetheory has solved this issue for you. This is solved from their heart rate approach. You have two choices to begin from the rower or the treadmill. Talk to a coach about your goals and they will guide you accordingly. If you are super competitive this might be the place for you. You can earn splat points, try to stay in the red the longest of the group or compete with yourself in the app. I think this is an amazing place for all levels of fitness. They have really innovative ways to keep members engaged throughout with gifts, pajama days, workout hell week. The coach's are helpful. If they see you doing something incorrect they will assist. The music playlist is pretty good! It's loud so you will have to put your listening skills to use, if you can't sweat, run, row and listen. This might not be a place for you. Another cool feature they have a really awesome functional app. You can purchase merch, see your progress & schedule your next class! Also you can see what new contest or themed week is coming up and participate. Now weird encounter today. I've been here for a month. I've been to different orangetheory's, people let me record since I'm a blogger and I'm strategically only recording myself since I'm far off to the corner. It was two coaches today on the floor & the floor coach talked to me quite a lot and she seen my phone and didn't say a word... until after the class. ‍ I get it but like other places didn't say a word. I would also assume common courtesy of not recording random people while working out, that's just weird. But example I'm on the treadmill (it's pretty high) so the camera is only on me. Even if someone walks behind me you can't even see their head. I'm on the rower and you can on see me and the wall. I have over 50k of followers and I usually record my workouts at gyms since I go so many places. Definitely won be posting this one. So if you want to record this isn't the place Troy specifically! Which again is totally understandable, people usually don't bring their phone in the workout area,. They pride themselves on 60-90 minutes without your device, which I'm sure everyone could utilize. I would say go into the nearest location to see what promotions they have. If you don't see anything you can always use this code: 2DTUCC

I canceled my membership due to being out of the country for an extended period of time, and a growing hostile environment in the studio. I decided to give it another go, due to my email being hacked I used my new email to sign up for my class. I was a minute late and from the second I walked through the door Jimmy was screaming at me to get moving. I had a great class, was feeling great, considering getting another membership when the second I left class I was immediately scolded by jimmy. I am 21 years old and the owner treated me like a kid, he called me out for using a new email in "attempt to get a free class" saying I'd have to pay the $25 fee. I told him prior to the class I've been their before ( to that location multiple times) my cards been linked for years.. I had every intention to pay assuming it'd just immediately charge the card.. I uploaded to the new account. The owner is ridiculously aggressive, and disrespectful, I was trying to end the 2024 year on a positive note and he was nothing but negative. The other owner (don't know her name maybe Lisa) was great, she taught an amazing class, but I could only assume they're all they same for as all the workers just stood and gave me a dirty look over using my new accessible email.
