Great indoor cycling location. They have motivating instructors that promote healthy living and a positive outlook. Plenty of comfortable bikes, good sound system and music. They also offer weights, TRX and HIIT. Sister businesses located next door are The Fuel (taste healthy eating) and The Space (Yoga and HIIT studio). Discover the Ride has reasonable prices compared to other cycling clubs. read more

I haven't been to a spinning class in 25 years. I started running instead, but still have my own spinner I use at home, and I road bike. I wanted a change, and found this. It was amazing! The people were so welcoming, energetic, and fun! Debra's class was amazing! She works you out hard. I will be back. read more
