I'm absolutely obsessed with Revolve Cycling Studio. They've built such a strong, welcoming fitness…read morecommunity in Troy, and the classes are incredible. I've lost 40 lbs in the past year, and I truly enjoy every second I spend at Revolve. The instructors challenge you, support you, and push you to become the best version of yourself. I also love that your first ride is free -- it makes getting started so easy. The monthly theme rides keep things fun and fresh, and the post-class emails with your stats are a game changer. Tracking my progress and seeing how far I've come since having my daughter has been one of the most motivating parts of my journey. If you're looking for a place that inspires you, pushes you, and celebrates your wins, Revolve is it.

New cycling studio (but where an old studio used to be) with very friendly and upbeat staff!…read more Location is easy to get to and parking lot is big enough to find a spot. Selling shirts is a good idea in case you sweat through yours (definitely not speaking from experience at all) and I'm so grateful for the drinks they sell! The lockers are plenty big and the bathroom is spacious for changing if you need to. What I really appreciated was the helpfulness of the employees making sure I was secure on a bike, finding my rhythm and the low lighting of the room. Nobody needs to see me working out. I felt like I could be in my own zone and focus on myself! Very nice atmosphere for a great workout!

I love cycle bar royal oak! I have taken a lot of cycling classes and I can honestly say that…read morejimmy, Lisa and Jaime are theeee best coaches! Music is awesome, classes are challenging and fun, and the way people That go there are friendly and encouraging to ride with. Highly recommend for fitness and fun times

A couple years ago I had a membership at the Cyclebar Royal oak location. I enjoyed the classes,…read morealong with the results. I canceled my membership due to being out of the country for an extended period of time, and a growing hostile environment in the studio. I decided to give it another go, due to my email being hacked I used my new email to sign up for my class. I was a minute late and from the second I walked through the door Jimmy was screaming at me to get moving. I had a great class, was feeling great, considering getting another membership when the second I left class I was immediately scolded by jimmy. I am 21 years old and the owner treated me like a kid, he called me out for using a new email in "attempt to get a free class" saying I'd have to pay the $25 fee. I told him prior to the class I've been their before ( to that location multiple times) my cards been linked for years.. I had every intention to pay assuming it'd just immediately charge the card.. I uploaded to the new account. The owner is ridiculously aggressive, and disrespectful, I was trying to end the 2024 year on a positive note and he was nothing but negative. The other owner (don't know her name maybe Lisa) was great, she taught an amazing class, but I could only assume they're all they same for as all the workers just stood and gave me a dirty look over using my new accessible email.

If it is your first time visiting, the front desk team member greets you, shows you around, and helps you get adjusted to your bike. The instructor also came by to introduce herself, which was really nice! Cyclebar has free shoes that you can borrow (or you can bring your own), and plenty of locker space for every person. I believe there were a total of 42 bikes in the studio, and I think it says a lot when probably 75% of them were full at 5:45 am a couple days after Christmas! The instructor, Nicole, was an amazing instructor. She gave you instructions for what speed and heaviness your bike should be at, but never pressured anyone! At the very end, she showed the leaderboard so you could see where you were at compared to the rest of the class (note: you can opt out of being on the leaderboard when you check in), which gave me a lot of motivation at the end! Overall, this was a really great workout! You could make it easier or harder based on your skill level and how hard you wanted to push yourself that day. I'd highly recommend giving Cyclebar a try)

The best gym EVER. Period. Trust me, you won't regret coming here…read more I came in with my friend for a boxing class. I stopped boxing about 5 years ago. My favorite trainer (ICE) switched locations and I didn't like the other trainers as much. Within 5 minutes of being here, I was speaking to the owner, and my day was made. ICE teaches here now!!! I was sooo happy!! He is literally the best and sweetest person ever. I took a class with one of the other trainers and it was very very challenging. I stayed to say hi to ICE after because he was teaching in half an hour. I didn't think he'd remember me and he did!! He got soooo happy to see me and gave me a huge hug! I even took a picture with him and he hugged me like 3 more times I love him!! He said that I'm always welcome in his class whenever I want. I took 30 min of his class and it was as amazing as I remembered it to be. His class is so fun and challenging. The gym is also really cool. It has portraits made out of boxing gloves and license plates. Such a cool vibe, I wouldn't even expect a gym like this to be in MI. Definitely check out this gym and take a class with ICE!!!! You can even tell him that Angela sent you!

Writing this review while exhausted from class, but breathing. Get Some Fitness is a group fitness…read moreand personal training spot. The group classes include bootcamp, The Grind (I'm scared to even try it from the name), and cardio kickboxing. Bootcamp classes are 1/2 kicking boxing and 1/2 Tabata style. The music during class will keep you hype & works well with punching a heavy bag. Classes are held as early as 6am and as late at 7:30pm. It's cool that they have classes 7 days a week. The owner is really nice, but don't let that fool you. Classes are intense, but you work at your pace. My pace, slow pace. He offers personal training sessions (in home or at the building). Classes are reasonably priced and will give you a real workout whether a newbie or athletic. Tip: It is right (less than .25 miles) past 13 Mile Rd. and you have to drive to the back of the building to get in. There are boxing gloves there to use, but you can buy a pair there (or a sporting goods store) for yourself if you don't want to share sweat.
