First time at Revive and I am literally Blown away by the Amazing job that I had done. Ashley literally accomplished the impossible. I went from a burnt orange to black and silver grey in 1 single sitting. The contrast from before and after is absolutely unheard of. I have visited multiple stylists that have all told me that to achieve what she did today would take multiple visits. She accomplished it in the first visit. I have officially found my home hair base. Ashley is a must!!!!! The service and personality was amazing as well. All the girls are super sweet. I was so excited for my new hair cut, it has been a while and much needed. I explained to the stylist what I wanted, showed her a picture and what I got was nothing like it. She also cut my ear and didn't even care. I believe she was stoned as she smelled of weed and was not only rude but extremely out of it. She even asked me if I had any adderal to sell when I mentioned my having ADHD during small talk. I can't recall her name but she wore glasses, nose piercings and I think her name was a state. I can't brag about Revive enough. Even though I use the same stylist each visit, I've had time where others have stepped in and lended a hand when I have brought in hair pieces or simply added more to my appointment. The receptionist are always smiling and sweet both on the phone and in person. Each stylist is same! They are all talented and work hard to learn new techniques and better themselves. When they aren't working on a client, they are learning or working on something to better themselves and the salon as a whole. Upmost respect for these women and the business. Stylists are inexperienced and take hours to do basic cuts and/or color. Forgot to cancel appointment when I came down with covid, they charged 100% anyway and charged a family members card without authorization because they didn't have mine on file. Extremely rude staff and owner would not speak with me when I called about the situation. Very poor customer service and energy in the salon is not welcoming. read more
