As much as I love to clean and organize, I just can't seem to find the time to do it on my own. There just aren't enough hours in the day! Michelle made the process very smooth, efficient, and stress-free. She's never made me feel judged with all the chaos and mess (yes, even rodent droppings!), and she kept our work very professional. Coming back later, after new paint and new flooring, where all there was to clean was windows (for additional $60), kitchen cabinets, and the bathroom I'm not happy. The good: The bathroom looks great. Better than expected. Windows: Acceptable, Obviously a lot of cleaning was done on the frames, but I'll bring back a hand vac for the stuff that was pushed into the corners of the tracks, instead of cleaned out... similar to the kitchen drawers... Kitchen: waste of $$. Counter tops and sink were cleaned previously and were still fine; just needed to be wiped off. Insides of oven (which was rarely, if ever, used) and fridge were fine. Cleaning the fridge did require some work (though that work might have been done on the first visit) Cabinets and drawers were a waste of money. Having seen what they were like before, the team obviously at least wiped them all out with a dry rag, but I think that's all. Drawers: one sample pic posted. Sticky area, which easily wiped clean with a wet paper towel, doesn't show well in the photo. The corners are full of loose debris instead of cleaned out. Cabinets: similar to drawers, with debri and stickiness. One especially egregious oversight. The bottom pantry cabinet was perhaps vacuumed out, but thats about it. See pic. I would call them back to finish cleaning, except for how the job ended. 1. Nobody notified me when they were done; they just sent a bill to pay. My brother paid before I inspected. 2. When I got to the property 3 days later, the front door was unlocked 3. The back door was open.... 4. The plug-in CO2 detector in the dining area was gone. I had put a lock box on the door and I had previoiusly given one of the owners at Sanity Divas the combo. The lock box combo was only off by one digit, suggesting that they (or somebody else) used it. Even so, the bottom lock and the back door didn't need a key to lock them, and they were not locked. If someone had come in and stolen things, they would have walked right past my tool box and ignored it to steal a $60 CO2 detector... not likely. I suspect the CO2 detector was damaged and removed to hide the damage: entire socket/box was moved/pulled out slightly on one side; brand new wall plate was now damaged. Since the doors were open, I cannot say for certain someone on the team did this, but why would anyone else break in there, not steal my tools,and violently rip (by my imagination) the CO2 detector from the wall? I don't care how good your cleaning is if you don't take care of my property or you try to hide your accidents. If my out-of-state brother had not paid so quickly, I wouldn't have paid until they came back and finished the job... brought me a comparable CO2/gas detector.

Prior to the meeting, I did not even know such a professional service even existed. She was very detail oriented, taking notes of my needs and thoughts throughout the meeting and started helping me right away. Within just a handful sessions, she transformed my garage, kitchen & wetbar cabinets, and bedroom closets into usable space, by getting rid of old stuff (donate or sell online). Gina also helps sell many items I've had for years that are too good to throw away. Being able to make some money by selling stuff I never use makes me feel really good! I'm really busy with work and family obligations. As a result, I literally don't have the time or skill to be as organized as I would like to be. I wanted my wife and I to digest what really happened. I wanted to determine if the ladies of "Organized Life" really did what I paid them to do. First, let me preface by saying if you are a horder, you may have a difficult time with their service. They are not there to go through every piece of garbage you may find valuable and also be your therapist. That would take FOREVER, and this isn't a reality TV show. However, what it is, is a superb service. If you have found yourself living comfortably numb, and have just accumulated STUFF over the years and realize one day that it is time to make a change. They are the crew to help you purge and organize. Molly, Marie and the 3rd girl's name eludes me. For that I sincerely apologize because she was no less outstanding. These young ladies came in, assessed and got busy. We hired them to clear and organize our garage that we used as a storage for years. Stuff we had not touched in 15 years. Some new, but most old. One of the best things I think that this crew possesses is the ability to relate to the homeowner in such a way that the homeowner is not feeling trampled upon, BUT at the same time respectfully probing and prodding to move the process of purging along. Nobody wants to get rid of things they find value in, but if you haven't touched the stuff in several years, what are you really doing? Our reason to hire these ladies was two fold. 1st, we want to prepare to buy another house and move. 2nd, we have gotten older and our bodies physically don't hold up to continously, non stop physical labor as they once did. Needless to say, these ladies had our garage cleared out in about 1.5hrs...maybe an hour and twenty minutes and ready for my wife and I to sift and sort. The sifting and sorting is ABSOFUCKINGLUTELY what takes the longest in the entire process. I can honestly say these girls did in a day what would have probably taken months for my wife and I to finish ourselves...if at all. These girls NAILED IT! They strategized, improvised, and organized. There has been a weight lifted!

Between working and school full time, combining two homes, and kids coming home from college I couldn't catch up. When I would try to organize and put things away I wouldn't know where to start. She worked efficiently to get me a design I loved that's really optimized for my space. I never felt upsold. She genuinely focused on making my space work. We went through a couple of rounds of changes, and she was extremely patient the whole way. We were told installation could take up to eight weeks, but we actually got scheduled two weeks early. Mario and Temo built the whole closet in just 2 days and kept the place really clean. They were polite and efficient, and wrapped up by mid-day. We had 2 closets and one pantry done. Highly, highly recommend Closet Factory! I mostly fixed small things like "upsold" and capitalizing Temo. Double-check the spelling of his name before you post.

She can discuss options sensitively to aging parents and also thoughtfully include your kids in a new routine of helping the household. She reorganised our kitchen so that my young kids can help unload the dishwasher easily. They also now do their own laundry. And take ownership of their things and keeping their room tidy. My counters were covered with stuff I couldn't find a place for, and my closet was overflowing with clothing I couldn't pack into the downsized space. She is not afraid to tackle any problem, and can handle heavy lifting and carpentry. She will start a difficult project at the end of the day, just walks right into it and uses all her time. She is always aware that you are the boss. She will meet you on your wavelength and never force you to do anything you do not want to do. She is a holistic, healthy, cheerful person and working to change your space and your life is actually her happy place!!
