Tl;dr: Nicoll is AMAZING and clearly knows what she's doing when it comes to professionally…read moreorganizing your home! Read on below if you want more details about the whole process. So...here's the thing about me. I love stuff. I love having a variety of stuff. I love having colorful pens, cute bags, books...you name it, and I probably started collecting some of it at some point. I don't think there's anything inherently wrong with wanting to have and own those things. But what I did notice was that the sheer amount of that stuff was really starting to stress me out. Things didn't have a place. My closet and dresser and drawers were stuffed to the brim. I found it difficult to enjoy these fun things I owned because they were mixed in with other things I didn't enjoy or use anymore. I found that I was hanging onto so many items for years "just in case," and the case would never arrive. I'd tried for years with things like the minimalist challenge and reading self help books to try and get rid of things, but I couldn't seem to make a dent. That's where Nicoll came in. My partner helped me find Nicoll on Yelp and connected the two of us together. We had an introductory phone call where she asked me some questions, and I shared my frustrations with getting rid of things and really needing help with it. We ended up making an appointment for a week later where she showed up with her toolkit and bag of bags for donations. We did a little walk around and I shared areas of stress for me and what I wanted out of the space, which was to know where everything was and to know what I owned. After the intro assessment we dove right in. In the next few hours we: ⁃ Took EVERYTHING out of my closet and purged SO much of it. We went piece by piece and she helped ask clarifying questions (when did I last wear it? Do I like it?) and could usually pick up on if I actually liked something. I noticed patterns of how I reacted when I loved something vs when I wasn't sure or was sort of convincing myself. This is an exercise I tried doing before on my own, but when there's someone standing there, who you paid to help you, who's not attached to your stuff....let me tell you, it changes the game. I found myself deciding to donate (and sometimes sell) what must have been at least a third of my closet (clothes, hats, bags, electronics, etc). ⁃ She busted out her label maker and helped organize and label shelves in categories that made sense. Now I know where everything is! ⁃ She packed up all the items I decided to donate into bags and packed them into her car. It ended up being about 15 bags of things which was absolutely wild to me. Nicoll taking these bags out of my house was a game changer, because there have been many times I've decided to donate items that just end up sitting there in bags for months! I noticed that night going to bed that my room felt emptier, in a really good way. It felt calmer, cleaner, and like I could breathe a bit easier. Some people might read this and think that they shouldn't have to hire someone to help them organize. I know for myself that I hit a wall when it came to organizing on my own, and I needed to ask for help. I'm so glad I did, because it changed my life and my relationship with "stuff." I'm confident that Nicoll will be able to help you if you need it, and I cannot recommend her enough!

She helped me get straight to work purging, organized my awkward old-house spaces, and packed up all my donations and e-waste when she left leaving the house feeling so free. Highly recommend! Working with Results At Last during one of the most difficult periods our family has faced was…read morenothing short of a gift. Our situation was complex on multiple levels. The home required significant decluttering and reorganization, and this work was taking place while a loved one was experiencing a serious medical crisis and extended hospitalization. Emotions were high, decisions were layered, and the work itself carried real emotional weight. Madison met all of this with remarkable professionalism, clarity, and compassion. From the outset, she demonstrated exceptional leadership--setting a calm tone, creating structure where there was overwhelm, and guiding her team with confidence and respect. She handled a deeply cluttered and emotionally charged environment with care, discretion, and zero judgment, ensuring that both practical needs and human sensitivities were honored throughout the process. Her communication was clear and reassuring, her judgment impeccable, and her presence grounding during a time when many people involved were under significant stress. She didn't just organize a home--she created order, safety, and breathing room when it was urgently needed. If you are facing a complicated situation--especially one that intersects with illness, grief, or major life transition--I cannot recommend Madison and Results At Last highly enough. Their work goes far beyond decluttering. It is thoughtful, dignified, and deeply supportive. We are profoundly grateful.

We weren't hoarders but we have lived in the house 10 years and we were DROWNING in toys, acquired things and just old items that needed to be thrown out. It felt suffocating. While this wasn't the most pleasant experience (is purging ever?), the results of a cleaner more clear house was exactly what we (me, my husband and 2 children) needed. Madison knows right away what must go and what her team needs to do to get the most out of the day (5 hours of cleaning/sorting/purging), and they are very efficient and not scared to do the work. I almost went with another company that was more Instagram pretty but realized quickly they were slower, and the before and after pictures did not differ much. I def recommend Madison and team, ESPECIALLY if you live in a very cluttered San Francisco house. They are not afraid of the small living space, little storage and narrow stairs! They will help you feel like you can breathe again! I will post pictures when I get some from Madison, as I only have after and not before. We are taking a little break before they do the upstairs, to hopefully clear some things out on our own but I am eagerly waiting for when they can come again and finish up our home!

She just doesn't waste any time! Heather was a great listener, while helping us with our massive remodel. She incorporates the rules of design with your own style (not just her tastes) while kindly steering you away from potential design disaster (had you gone with some of your more outlandish ideas!) Whenever my husband and I would come to her with opposing design ideas, she'd listen carefully then explain how the rules of design applied to our ideas. This information easily settled our disputes and took the emotion out of our decisions. I can't recommend Heather highly enough, she's smart, funny, has a great personality- our whole family enjoyed having her around.

She is a high energy, outgoing person who truly has a personal mission to help others and see them change. With her help I certainly have experienced this. She has brought me new a new life full of new possibilities. She consistently shows up for work on time and smiling, ready to go! She uses every minute of her time and when she leaves she not only picks up after herself, she picks up the rest of the room so that you are left feeling spacious and peaceful. She has sensible, practical ideas for room design and will counsel you to use what you have and not to buy expensive replacements unless you choose to do so. She knows how to condense your space using every inch of it while making everything easily visible and accessible, and easy to put back in place so you can keep your space looking neat all the time. It is a joy for me now to be able to put things away! She has opened up my small living room that also serves as my art studio, and I so enjoy looking at my "vast open spaces"! I now have room for a convertible sofa in the living room so my daughter can stay overnight with me when she visits, instead of staying at a nearby hotel. My relationship with my children has changed for the better because of this and the whole family is happier. Maribel has cleaned out my 10 x 10 storeroom in two afternoons, made my fronthall closet into a pantry, decorated my front hall, revised my kitchen and done major work on my living room/art studio. She is not afraid to tackle any problem, and can handle heavy lifting and carpentry. She will start a difficult project at the end of the day, just walks right into it and uses all her time. She is always aware that you are the boss. She will meet you on your wavelength and never force you to do anything you do not want to do.
