It took them 4 different dates to complete an installation that was scheduled and promised to complete in December 2025. The project was not completed until Feb 6, 2026. Do not use! I asked for compensation and reduction of cost, I was offered $500 after requesting to speak with a manager for 1 month and a half. I took off 4 days of work. There were 3 different issues that should have decreased costs by at least $200/each and I requested $1000. WARNING- THEY WILL BREACH THE CONTRACT AND OVERCHARGE FOR A SUBSTANARD INSTALLATION.

Because of this, we have no choice but to sell our home for the safety of our family. Our house has turned out to have multiple hidden dangers -- bad plumbing, a failing roof, poor doors and windows, and now electrical work that was not up to code. My husband is an active duty military member, and we trusted Mr. Rogers Windows because they claim to be a "military-friendly" company. But when we explained our urgent situation and asked to cancel or at least transfer our contract to our new home -- something that should be reasonable since they haven't done official measurements or ordered parts -- they outright refused. Instead, they told us we'd still be forced to pay the entire $28,000 balance before we can sell our home. We are doing the right thing by making sure the house is up to code for the next family, because no one deserves to feel unsafe in their own home. All we asked was for a little understanding and flexibility from this company that claims to "support" the military. We are heartbroken and feel completely abandoned by Mr. Rogers Windows. They have shown no compassion, no willingness to help, and absolutely no loyalty to the military families they say they support. Sadly, i didn't research as much as I maybe shouldve. They bid about $3000 higher than 2 other quotes i had recieved (one of which was also a GAF certified roofer offering the same certifications) . After i signed, then they would not price match for some lame reason or even consider lowering the cost or including doing drip edge flashing which the other company offered to do at the lower price. Come to find out as well, they did not recommend it, or consider installing drip edge flashing when i didn't have any at all on the roof which i wasnt aware of. When the roof was off i could definitely see some fascia rotting adn damage, so i get to do that myself now instead of when its easiest to do with the roof off.... The actual roof itself seems to have been done well, which for the price it better have been. but I can't help but feel i overpayed and was underdelivered...

ODC replied same day. I also wanted to get my chimney cap replaced or refurbished. After three estimates from local Hampton Roads general contractors, ODC was the cheapest. ODC also included a "Roof Tune-Up" where the entire roof was inspected, replaced pipe donuts, clean-up of roof vents and pipes (sanded and painted), nail pop-ups repaired, repairs to flashing, and replaced missing or damaged shingles. Upon completion, I was provided with before and after pictures. The owner, Terry, came out to my property to complete the initial inspection and estimate.
