Even worse, the door they replaced wasn't mounted properly and would have leaked water. The trim seals didn't touch the glass either. When I brought the car back in, the customer service guy dropped his head and explained how hard it's been to get good work, although that doesn't explain how it got passed their quality control. I'm assuming they're trying to pay less and another body shop or the dealers are getting all of the good labor. Also, just like a home contractor, it twice as long as they say, that way you feel comfortable dropping off the car. Once I returned it, they said it'd take a day to fix, two weeks later I had to call just to get an update. They shafted me on the additional rental expenses incurred that were strictly due to their poor management and quality control. I'd Ignore all reviews that weren't writing in the past 12 months. This company is taking a nose-dive.
