Layla, the manager, was kind and very professional throughout the process. She was able to help me solve a problem I had with grace and patience. Absolutely grateful to have the opportunity to talk to her. Also when I visited the place, it was clean and neat, and the interior was beautiful.

I just booked the free consultation and (aside from no one ever calling me despite reminder emails, text messages and calls), when I finally reached someone, the agent sounded like a super pushy used car salesman. It felt like such a scamy company where the so-called "promotions" were being shoved down my throat. I told the agent not to send me a text of the advertisements and she did it anyway and then would not stop talking about the so called "deals", without answering any of my real questions. She was super defensive (without being prompted) and interrupted me with comments as though I was stupid (depsite being very experienced on the topic). Then ironically, she got bored of her own shpeal or realized I wasn't going to bite on the scam, and hung up on me super abruptly. It was a shocking and highly distrubing exchange. If this is any indication of how they treat actual customers while they point lasers to your body, DO NOT GO!! It's not worth it. There are plenty of other much better services and companies more reputable that don't feel so sleazy. This company needs to go back to the basics of customer services and basic human respect. If those on the front lines interfacing with clients can't respectfully answer basic questions about services, they should not be in the rolea dn 100% not be doing procedures on your body. Period! Don't trust them and save your money!!!

I recommend a real professional medspa! I went to Peachy Navy Yard on May 5 for Jeuveau and was very clear that I wanted a frozen look. After waiting three weeks, I still had significant movement in my forehead, 11s, and crow's feet, so I returned for a follow-up appointment on June 8. More than two weeks after the retreatment, I still had visible movement and lines. I've been getting neuromodulators for several years, and I've never had a treatment fail like this--let alone a retreatment. Instead of addressing the fact that the follow-up treatment also failed to produce the promised result, I was told I was now "outside their adjustment window because it had been eight weeks since my original appointment." ?????? That completely ignores that they chose to retreat me on June 8 because the first treatment hadn't achieved the desired outcome. Rather than standing behind their work or offering a reasonable resolution, they simply suggested I try a different product and pay again in the future.
