Kealana's amazing!!!…read more I went for my second Brazilian wax and was so delighted leaving. The room has a cozy vibe that you can appreciate. She was lovely. She's thorough, attentive, explained each part of the process efficiently, and was so kind. We were finished up after about 20-30 minutes which blew my mind, as my first experience was straight out of a nightmare, having been there for over an hour. From booking my appointment to finishing up, I had a 10/10 experience. If you're considering Ili Beauty for a Brazilian, she's your girl!

I've been a member with Massage Envy Hawaii in Pearl City for over 10 years. Over the years, I have…read moreexperienced nothing but a genuinely caring business. One that shows heart while still understanding they have a business to run. Are there times when therapist availability doesn't perfectly align with my schedule or demands? Of course lol but I have consistently seen the team, therapists, & estheticians work tirelessly to help people feel their best and to accommodate whenever possible. What stands out to me is the intention. They try and they care. From personal experience, I have learned that having a conversation goes a long way. And this is one of the few companies I've seen that truly listens when you are willing to engage. In today's world, it feels like some people expect businesses to meet every demand instantly, and when that doesn't happen, they walk away upset. My experience has been that this team leads with professionalism and integrity while still maintaining healthy boundaries. Ten years in, I am still here for a reason. If you value human connection, effort, and a business that operates with heart, this is a place worth supporting.

I think each waxer her is wonderful but there was inconsistent results. Some would use baby powder before my Brazilian so as to grab the hair better but others wouldn't. So I am going try electrolysis now. But nothing wrong with EWC.

If you're not too picky with who your waxer is, you'll be able to easily get a last minute appointment. It was my first time going here and their prices are very fair. If it's your first time coming, then you get half off your first wax appointment. Which was a pleasant surprise. My waxer, Aulani, was very professional and the service quick. She made me feel comfortable and did a great job. Will definitely try to request her again!

My grandma received the Omakase Facial, something she had wanted to try for a long time. My mom had full-face sugaring and threading, and I had full-face sugaring and threading along with a brow lamination. None of us had experienced these treatments before, so we weren't sure what to expect. From start to finish, Jenny was incredibly knowledgeable, professional, and welcoming. She thoroughly explained how to prepare our skin beforehand and made us feel comfortable throughout each treatment. My grandma, who is not easily impressed, was pleased with the results of her facial. My mom couldn't stop talking about how soft and smooth her skin felt after the sugaring and threading. As for me, it was my first time getting a brow lamination, and Jenny did an amazing job shaping and evening out my brows while giving my entire face a clean, polished look. Because I have extremely sensitive skin, I was a little nervous about having a reaction to the lamination treatment, but everything went perfectly. I also really appreciate that Jenny carefully selects products she personally uses and trusts, choosing only those that meet high international quality standards. What truly stood out was her level of care. She even followed up the next day to check on how each of our skin was doing after our treatments. That personal touch meant so much and speaks volumes about how dedicated she is to her clients. I highly recommend Jenny to anyone considering a facial, sugaring, threading, brow lamination, or any of the other services she offers. Her expertise, attention to detail, and genuine care made this a wonderful experience for all three of us.

Shopping in Pearl City, Oahu, Hawaii…read more.. Before this business moved, it was inside of the Waipahu location of Don Quijote. I had gotten some cute stuff during its closing sale. They gave me a coupon for a free gift at the Pearl City location. When I recently visited Don Quijote in Pearl City, I walked around and around the store to look for Beauty Touch. I wasn't able to find it. As I was leaving, I saw Beauty Touch outside of Don Quijote! Arggg!!! Too bad they were closed at that time. I finally made my way back to Pearl City and went immediately inside Beauty Touch. I mentioned the coupon for the free gift, but was disappointed to discover that the coupon expired in February 2025. Uhg! Time sure does fly by quickly! Anyway, we browsed around the shop and looked at the hair accessories, costume jewelry, and plushie keychains. I saw Hello Kitty, Miffy, Labubu, etc. I had to leave with something... Do you know what I got?

Booked a 12:30pm appointment Saturday, September 5th. Waited almost 20 minutes until someone finally interacted with me and told me to head upstairs. As a business they should honor a booking or at the very least apologize for the wait. I let the tech (Helen) know that I'm now kind of in a rush since they took me later than my appointment time. Im not sure if things were lost in translation, but she took many pauses to converse and laugh with her coworker throughout the appointment. Even if I weren't in a rush, that is very unprofessional. The main reason I'm writing this review is because of the end result. Please correct me if I'm wrong, but I don't think a gel x set should look a week old, right after getting them done. Helen placed the nails a significant amount away from my cuticles. She still put in the work, I still tipped her well for the services, but I was not impressed. I plan on giving this salon another chance because it was really great at first. I just hope they can be a little bit more cognizant about booking times and all their customers.
