Ricky isn't on his phone all day. He's out working on people's cars. So if he's not responding right away, that's probably why. Yes, it's stressful when your car has damage... Take a deep breath. Ricky will get to you when he can. Just be a little patient! Now, to get into my third review. This will be for the work I've gotten with him in October 2025. OK, well I'll start the review by saying this... I'm a seasoned Art Director working in commercial advertising. I've got an eagle eye for imperfections. So, when a metal box flew into my bumper on the freeway onto my brand new 2026 Tesla Model Y I decided to hit up Ricky. Ricky has worked on my old Accord and my sister's cars over the years. He's done fantastic work. You can't even point out where the damage was done previously. And I am so good at pointing out imperfections. Of course, when I hit up Ricky I was still worried. This car is my first big boy car purchase as it's nice and shiny and new... In my head I was still thinking, "What if he isn't able to blend it right?" "What if the paint ends up being off bc it's a Tesla?" Still, I hit up Ricky and he was honest about what to expect. Because my damage was done at a flat part of the bumper, blending out isn't as clean cut as it would have been compared to a more rounded angle of the car. Makes sense. With the way light hits the touchup work, a blemish might still show--that goes for any detailer. Still, I went ahead and put my trust in Ricky knowing he's done phenomenal work in the past. After setting up a date, Ricky came by my house and got to work. I was busy with my own work and so I went back into continue working. After about a couple hours, he let me know he was finished and when I came back out to look at the work, I was stunned. I'll attach the photos below but my god, Ricky's work was flawless. I shouldn't have doubted him! I really couldn't see where the damage was anymore... And the original damage was very noticeable. And even though the damage was done in a difficult spot, Ricky's work was able to please my eyes. TL;DR: I 1000% recommend consulting with Ricky for your next bumper repair work. He is a blending wizard. For me he'll always be my #1 go (and reco) for stuff like this. I'm already so hard to please with things like this! P.S. Ricky's work was of such good value for the price. He is worth every penny, and he's so affordable! With all that, Ricky is also such a great human being. He's VERY easy to talk to, and super level headed and honest. Found the business on IG, seen their work and it looked good. Got quoted $1000 & thought okay beats…read morefiling a claim and having my insurance raised. My deductible was $750. Stated he would make everything flush, replaced the clips. Later found out there was a little frame damage excusing the unalignment with the fender and the door. Never fixed or put new clips so the under liner is not attached. Mind you the first time they came out they left the paint rough and unpolished. Stating it needs to be buffed and polished.. me being a female just takes their word. They said not to wash for 2 weeks. So I washed it two weeks later and NO change and there was a bunch of paint chips. I called complained, he tried to charge me $200 to come back and fix the paint stating it was a mix of chemicals and why it was so rough and unpolished. I refused to pay the $200 bec that's not how any of their work looked on any other vehicle once completed. Then I found two piece of my vehicle out of place, one missing and the other was found on the inside of the hood. Michael came back out a 2nd time with a guy named Vince. Michael did not even greet me and just got to work. He SANDED it down and repainted. At first glance it looked great and they left but after really inspecting after the tape and paper was removed there was a paint line made creating two lines of flat white lines. Then his clean up job was horrible and I can't get it off after it sitting in the sun so long and he didn't fix the bumper paint and left it rough too. Chris, Michael's son said he would come out to fix it and scheduled with me and then ghosted me and blocked me on IG. I tried putting the photos in order but they don't upload correctly of the first job w/ the missing parts/pieces found then the second job. Would've been better off paying the $750 deductible. Instead of $1,100 including the $100 tip. Honestly feel taken advantage of and out of money now.
