Both services were great and Kelly was super friendly. Only thing I wasn't crazy about was the nail stations are in their own little private booth. If you're not a talkative person it can be a bit awkward just sitting there for 30 mins. Also, if it hasn't been mentioned they only take tips in cash or check. For the shellac manicure, Kelly said they'll take it off for free when you're ready to have it removed. I don't know if other places charge for this service (this was my first shellac manicure) but that seemed like a bonus.

I have a wedding this weekend and didn't know what to do. Got a last minute appointment with Jen and I am so thrilled I did. I was just looking for my hair to not be as yellow, since I didn't think anyone could fix it in one appointment. Jen took out the yellow tiger stripes and blotchy spots, and gave me the most beautiful and natural looking highlights. My hair has dimension and is super shiny again. Very modern chic decor. It is in an office building with ample parking. The only complaint I do have is the stairs for entrance making it not ADA friendly. However, sitting in the waiting area I see a "back door" and maybe that's ADA entrance but I'm not sure. I highly recommend this establishment.
