We had some shingles…read morethat blew off and folded up near the ridge due to the high winds and storms on March 4th, and even though many people were impacted as well, Chris made an extra effort to come out that day and provided an estimate using a drone -- such cool use of modern technology! We were so relieved that the cost was very reasonable and they were able to come back the next day and take care of everything. Gerardo was fantastic, the repairs look great, and having before/after pictures is really reassuring. We were so relieved as the rains came Saturday and were non-stop all day. We were then hit by the major hailstorm that hit our area in late March and after the great experience we had with them already we called Restoration Roofing NTX for an inspection. Chris did so with a drone and the damage done by the hail was crystal clear. RRNTX were present when the insurance inspector was here, and they did a fantastic job with all the repairs, getting us into Class 4 Impact Resistant shingles while also ensuring the insurance company didn't short us (insurance had us down for standard felt when we had upgraded felt, and they missed several other things). RRNTX was definitely on our side throughout the entire process, and if we should have the misfortune of needing another roof job, we will definitely use RRNTX again.

I added a picture of how he spoke to me after the roofer he sent out left our home. Bad business no customer service whatsoever. Adding to this review as we were sent a Cease and Desist letter telling me to change my review. My entire interaction with Daniel from Absolute was captured via text message. I've attached pictures. I will not be bullied by someone who is in the wrong, the owner of absolute and their lawyers can simply read the text messages on the phone Daniel uses and they can see the entire interaction. Not once did we speak on the phone so nothing will be missed. I also added a picture of the cease and Desist demanding us to include additional details to this review details that has always been in my review, again if the lawyer or the owner of absolute read the review it has always shown that yes someone did come out. Daniel also refused to provide me a report pictures attached prove this. Our HOA contacted Absolutely roofing on our behalf and Daniel/Absolute got my contact information from my HOA let it be known I never contacted Absolutely roofing construction first. Daniel messaged me asking me to send pictures of the leak which I did. Someone was sent out later that day around 3pm, the person sent over could not communicate with us for some odd reason he did not say a word other than "check roof" after we opened our door. I mentioned this to Daniel so my story has always been the same, the text messages pictured proves this. After showing the absolute employee to our attic he left our home and we did not hear anything else further. I texted Daniel to ask for any information as the employee did not communicate anything to us. With me asking I was immediately met with condescending and rude comments by Daniel you can also see how he responded to my simple question in the texts below. I stand by my statement Daniel is a terrible representative for this company and this is a very fair and FACTUAL review as the text messages prove this.

At the beginning Bobby Withers and Hillary were great. The company kept area clean when they left…read moreeach night. Project took 2 weeks. Here is why I am giving only one star. In July 2025, I called Bobby Withers my sales person and the only Contact that I had. Informed him that a power vent that they installed quit working within a year of install. Vent was suppose to have a 5 year warranty. He was responsive and indicated that he had moved to Florida with the company. He indicated that he would contact the Dallas office, the office that was in charge of install, and someone would contact me. After about a couple of weeks, still had not heard from anyone. Hillary sent me a contact, sent me to a Clarence Schwarz who was ahead of residential quality. After several tries, I finally was able to talk to him. He said because it was a metal roof, it was a commercial section/quality control issue. Now I am getting a "pass the buck" response. I then received a Text from Evan nearly a month after I initially reported the problem to Bobby. He came out on 26 August and checked out the vent. He confirmed that the vent was no good and would have to go and order another vent and he would get back with me. Seeing I was having a problem with getting anything done out of the Dallas Office, I requested that maybe they can transfer my account to the Fort Worth Office. On 29 August, he indicated that the particular power vent was no longer being stocked. He had not heard anything about transferring my account to Fort Worth. On September 9, he text me to say that the company indicated that just the motor could be replaced and they would send out a new motor that week. On Sept 30, I had not heard anything and contacted Evan again. Side Note: He assured me that he would get it done if he had to do it himself. On Oct 9, after a couple of attempts by phone to contact him, he text back that he was still out of town and that he would be back the following week and that he would come and install it. Due to the upcoming holidays, I was not pushing the issue hard. Here we are in 2026. Jan 7, I texted Bobby again indicating that I have not heard from anyone. He was not happy that this has not been resolved and that he would get on it. Here it is Jan 29 2026, Vent motor still not replaced, no word from the Dallas office or the Fort Worth Office after I requested that my account be transferred to. Probably still passing the buck. Motor had been sitting there since Sept, if even it is there anymore. I have no problem with the final product or with Bobby and Hillary since they are in Florida and not a whole they can do accept call on my behalf. Clarence Schwarz passed the buck and no further contact from the Dallas office. Too bad after over a 60k job, this is the piss poor service you get after the installation.
