At the beginning Bobby Withers and Hillary were great. The company kept area clean when they left each night. Project took 2 weeks. Here is why I am giving only one star. In July 2025, I called Bobby Withers my sales person and the only Contact that I had. Informed him that a power vent that they installed quit working within a year of install. Vent was suppose to have a 5 year warranty. He was responsive and indicated that he had moved to Florida with the company. He indicated that he would contact the Dallas office, the office that was in charge of install, and someone would contact me. After about a couple of weeks, still had not heard from anyone. Hillary sent me a contact, sent me to a Clarence Schwarz who was ahead of residential quality. After several tries, I finally was able to talk to him. He said because it was a metal roof, it was a commercial section/quality control issue. Now I am getting a "pass the buck" response. I then received a Text from Evan nearly a month after I initially reported the problem to Bobby. He came out on 26 August and checked out the vent. He confirmed that the vent was no good and would have to go and order another vent and he would get back with me. Seeing I was having a problem with getting anything done out of the Dallas Office, I requested that maybe they can transfer my account to the Fort Worth Office. On 29 August, he indicated that the particular power vent was no longer being stocked. He had not heard anything about transferring my account to Fort Worth. On September 9, he text me to say that the company indicated that just the motor could be replaced and they would send out a new motor that week. On Sept 30, I had not heard anything and contacted Evan again. Side Note: He assured me that he would get it done if he had to do it himself. On Oct 9, after a couple of attempts by phone to contact him, he text back that he was still out of town and that he would be back the following week and that he would come and install it. Due to the upcoming holidays, I was not pushing the issue hard. Here we are in 2026. Jan 7, I texted Bobby again indicating that I have not heard from anyone. He was not happy that this has not been resolved and that he would get on it. Here it is Jan 29 2026, Vent motor still not replaced, no word from the Dallas office or the Fort Worth Office after I requested that my account be transferred to. Probably still passing the buck. Motor had been sitting there since Sept, if even it is there anymore. I have no problem with the final product or with Bobby and Hillary since they are in Florida and not a whole they can do accept call on my behalf. Clarence Schwarz passed the buck and no further contact from the Dallas office. Too bad after over a 60k job, this is the piss poor service you get after the installation. read more

Priority Contracting & Roofing: a polite business sense, flexible scheduling and quality work. They are indeed tops! Our new roof started to appear around October 2017 when a friendly and pleasant gentleman named Daniel Johnson knocked on our door and asked if we had gotten any estimates to replace our roof since last April's hailstorm here in Duncanville, Texas. I said no, because I thought our roof seemed to be fine. After a few minutes of chit-chat he politely left. A couple of months he later he stopped back by and asked again if we had gotten an estimate and I said we still had not, but thanks for checking in anyway. With that Daniel said he would gladly go up onto our roof and inspect it more closely and take photographs so I could get a better idea of the damage that had occurred. I agreed and up he went. Sure enough the shingles appeared to have quite a bit of damage that was not that visible from the ground and our metal wind turbines were extremely dented (More than I had realized). Again, Daniel politely left and said to get back to him if I do make the decision to proceed with the repair. Then in April, 2018 when the hail damage was almost a year old I decided that if I was going to file an insurance claim that it would be best to do that before the 365-day mark from the date of the incident. And so I did. We happen to have had several outdoor home improvement projects going at this particular time already and Daniel and Priority worked with my schedule to do their replacement work. So about a month after I agreed to have Priority do the roof replacement they began their work. We did have to call and reschedule the start date because one of our project's got delayed and that was quite workable for Priority. Materials were delivered to our home on a Friday and early the next week the workers and Daniel showed up on the day we had previously planned to start on our roof. In a matter of only two days the whole project was done and it was done in a professional manner and looked great! They even did a little extra by replacing plywood and and shingles on top of our leaking add-on back porch. It was a pleasure to have that occasional leak-fest replaced! Daniel even gave me a great recommendation for a house painter. As a result we ended up looking great from top to bottom! Daniel's gentle persistence paid off for him and for us and for our forty-four year old home that now has a great new complexion! We drove around the neighborhood and saw a sign for Priority. We called them because we noticed they finished a large home in a day. Then we saw them complete another home near us in a day. My husband stopped at one of the jobs to ask about services. He was told they would have a salesman out to see us. Within an hour Aaron was at our house! We did not expect that on a Saturday. Aaron looked at our roof and told us there was some hail damage. He said it was significant. We told him about our past experience with our home insurance and he said he would help guide us through the maze. Now I have to say these people are amazing. I gush. Aaron made sure to be at our house to speak to the adjuster during the appointment. He had come to our house the day before to mark out the damaged area on the roof. He was with the adjuster the entire time. In fact he was early to the appointment! The adjuster approved a new roof! Now the shingle selection was left to my husband. I just chose the color. Priority came to our house on Wednesday to drop off materials. On Thursday at 7:30 am they started working. We had some soft areas of decking which they replaced. They installed the new roof by the evening. They would've finished sooner had we not had decking issues. The noise was limited too. I work from home so that was a huge plus. They cleaned up all their mess and left quietly. Marissa the project manager came by several times to make sure the job was going as planned. She was super nice. Aaron and Marissa came by too. We discovered some damage to the ceiling from the most recent rains. Aaron called the adjuster to help us get that resolved. Now, I rarely award 5 stars and felt this...wait there's someone at the door. It's Marissa dropping in to go through the post roofing installation check list! I've got to go. We were blessed by having Priority Contracting and Roofing -- and their Project Manager, Jonathan -- recently take care of the replacement and quality upgrade of our shingles, guttering, and skylights, along with some trim and fascia replacement and repair, plus some necessary exterior painting. Jonathan's detail-oriented management, and his first-class communication with us, kept us 'in the loop' throughout the process. This started with him being with us before and during the insurance adjuster's visit. Throughout the project we clearly felt, without a doubt, that he really was all about offering us the best in product, installation, crew, cleanup -- and project management. We also enjoyed meeting Will, the owner, who spent time with us early-on, answering any questions, going over the options we had and the price associated with options over and above what insurance might cover. For our shingles we chose the GAF Timberline ArmorShield II in "Weathered Wood." They are more impact-resistant to hail, and have better 'grip' against wind, AND because of this we qualify for a discount on our homeowner insurance! We also chose seamless gutters plus gutter guard screens, because of the trees we have around the house. I was impressed with how the gutters were available in almost the EXACT color of our existing trim paint! We are so pleased with the finished project. The owner came unannounced to my home at 8:00 pm. First rang the door bell which we did not answer as we were already in bed and our infant son was sleeping. Then, he started knocking loudly on the door which startled and woke up our baby. Very inconsiderate and unlawful, as you need a permit in Farmers Branch to solicit. Many neighbors have complained to the police and BBB about this company. He promised to change his obtrusive marketing but apparently he is as dishonest as he is rude and inconsiderate. I then get a letter from the owner saying "we would not continue these business practices...." and guess who I saw on our street at 6 pm tonight. Priority Roofing. And I watched their "sales" people. They actually were stopping people driving into the neighborhood...I'm not kidding. So much for Will Miller telling me they were "changing their ways."
