Christopher came over and installed an exterior gate, re-grouted part of a shower, caulked a difficult to reach tub and took down a bunch of old painter's tape. Even though the instructions were followed on the gate, the gate install was wobbly (the factory provided concrete screws were too small). Christopher came back with his own screws to stabilize the fence and added an anchor to the top, which did the trick! Because of their great work on the first project, I had them come back and install two new garage door openers and an exterior light fixture. Garage door openers can be tricky to properly install and balance, but the job turned out great, including the programming multiple remotes and keypads. I was asked about my preferences for what buttons I wanted on the various remotes. The exterior light looks and works perfectly. Overall, I'd highly recommend Gonzalez Handyman Services. They even swept out my garage before leaving!

He added expenses on the project after it was paid in full, reneging on the initial agreement. He delayed completing the project in full, but expect payment the very second he was finished. He threatened to remove the final portion of the project appended if I did not pay within 20 minutes of him finishing, regardless of the confirmation provided to him. Be ware and ask for videos if you decide to go with his services. And make sure to have a lawyer on standby. I was completely at a loss and had no choice but to pay for his services I was not comfortable with. This was a month long project that needed to be done in 2 weeks. I will never use his services again.
