He had to change to 12:15PM the day before, so I agreed. Once here, he put together everything, but I was a bit worried with him carrying heavy parts of the furniture down the steps because he is a bit older and doesn't seem to be in the best shape. I didn't want him to fall going down the steps. He put everything together and it all looked good. He quickly left after I payed.

Earl is amazing! Friendly, professional and so detail oriented. I'm always adding to my "Earl…read morelist". Treats my home as his own when handling even the smallest job. Thinks of things that would never occur to me. I couldn't be more impressed with his work (and his rates are upfront and fair). He takes initiative to troubleshoot and I trust him completely. I had Gonzalez Handyman Services come over to take care of a bunch of "Honey Dos" that I'd been…read moreputting off. Christopher came over and installed an exterior gate, re-grouted part of a shower, caulked a difficult to reach tub and took down a bunch of old painter's tape. Even though the instructions were followed on the gate, the gate install was wobbly (the factory provided concrete screws were too small). Christopher came back with his own screws to stabilize the fence and added an anchor to the top, which did the trick! Because of their great work on the first project, I had them come back and install two new garage door openers and an exterior light fixture. Garage door openers can be tricky to properly install and balance, but the job turned out great, including the programming multiple remotes and keypads. I was asked about my preferences for what buttons I wanted on the various remotes. The exterior light looks and works perfectly. Overall, I'd highly recommend Gonzalez Handyman Services. They even swept out my garage before leaving!

He added expenses on the project after it was paid in full, reneging on the initial agreement. He delayed completing the project in full, but expect payment the very second he was finished. Be ware and ask for videos if you decide to go with his services. And make sure to have a lawyer on standby. I was completely at a loss and had no choice but to pay for his services I was not comfortable with. This was a month long project that needed to be done in 2 weeks. I will never use his services again.

Well, that deadline passed forcing a second call. Again, apologies which prompted me to ask if Alem could manage to do the job on Saturday morning. Response: YES. Alem did show up a tad late but at this point I didn't care. He installed the window A/C and briefed me on basic operation noting that extra water drain plugs were provided and how to replace same. His work was great but I was disappointed in his lack of business sensitivity for jerking me around for a whole Friday, Overall on a scale of 1-10 I'd award a 6.
