I've tried medication, chiropractors, reflexology massage parlors in the area with minimal relief. I normally don't like to be apart of memberships or Subscriptions but after today I reconsidered it. Jeremy is an absolute true healer! There's something about his aura that makes you feel safe and well taken care of. I appreciated how he connects with not only conversing but with how he's navigating certain painful spots in my body. As a nurse, and Army veteran, I've endured a lot trials and bottled up a lot, which isn't good. Unfortunately, I've been told that I am a hard person to read for someone to gauge my character. lol Jeremy has been of the few people who flat out kept it real and saw me for me. It's more than a cryotherapy session in my opinion. I'm still in shock over my mid thoracic pain not being so angry. I mentioned to Jeremy that I felt like I was in a singing bowl waking up my chakras. Another impressive experience is the education i received throughout the session. Often times I'll bring in my laptop and do work while doing the normatec and love the relaxation & multitasking. The cryo is energizing and feels like it's been helping my body recover faster and the inner spot above my knee has had less pin. It is quite cold in the cryo sessions BUT your hands and feet have quality gloves/boots on and the staff is great about talking to you to distract from the cold. I highly recommend coming here if you're interested in Cryo or Normatec. Disclaimer: I am not a doctor or scientist. Often, I need to approach the front desk in my robe to find someone to guide me to my next therapy. A more proactive approach would make the transition between treatments much more seamless. * In the shower area, I noticed the curtain is a bit small, causing water to splash out, and the floor looks slightly stained. I recommend bringing flip-flops for comfort. * Only one towel is provided, so it might be helpful to offer an extra or remind guests to ask for a second for their hair. * The sauna doesn't seem to have a built-in timer, and the secondary timer outside could be explained more clearly before the session begins. * The saunas may have Bluetooth capabilities for music, but I wasn't informed of this. If available, sharing this option with guests could really elevate the experience. * At the Nashville location, the showers had separate shampoo, conditioner, body wash, face wash, and ample supplies like Q-tips. Here, the single product dispenser feels limited and is often low, which doesn't quite match the premium spa experience. * I often feel a little stress coming to and leaving the spa because I need to remember to bring my own shampoo, conditioner, face wash, hair towel, headphones for the lack of Bluetooth, and shower flip-flops. Additionally, there isn't a trash can in the shower, which is inconvenient for things like hair that may get caught in the drain or for menstrual products. I had to place hair in my personal bag to avoid leaving it behind, which detracts from the overall relaxation of the experience. * Although water and coffee are available, guests must ask for them. A small gesture like offering refreshments would help create a more luxurious experience. * When arriving, there isn't always an immediate acknowledgment of my appointment. In Nashville, the staff always seemed prepared and aware of the services I was scheduled for. * It would also be nice if the staff introduced themselves and communicated between treatments. At the Nashville location, I quickly learned everyone's names without needing to ask. For a spa experience at this level, I think more consistency in service would enhance the overall visit. I believe these small improvements could make a big difference, and I look forward to future visits as this spa continues to shine!

I also tried the inversion table for my back. This is a free service included. They have tons of other services in the same office, including: focused cryo therapy, compression therapy, therapy gun, massage, acupuncture, and Pilates.
