Hinoki room is my favorite. The outdoor pools. There aren't enough lounge chairs .. A lot of the jets dont work...and most of the time women are kiking forever on the jets stations ... The jacuzzi is small but very relaxing. As far as food, it's not worth it! Almost $30 for bulgogi??! I got scallion pancakes and it was dreadful! It's supposed to be crispy! It seemed like they microwaved it. The empanadas was ok. They sell these cute bear drink that had your choice of Sorrel ( hibiscus? Or ginger lemonade. I got sorrel but it was too sweet!! For $9!! At least the bottle is reusable. I definitely prefer this place over Parkside/Spa World. I recommend coming during the weekend, and get here early!

My boyfriend and I each booked a deep tissue massage for $160, plus an automatic 18% gratuity ($28) bringing the total to $188 per person--nearly $400 for two massages. Unfortunately, the massages were very underwhelming. The therapists left the room multiple times, applied minimal pressure despite it being a deep tissue service, and frequently rested their elbows in place for extended periods rather than actively working on muscle tension. Overall, it felt like time was being filled rather than treatment being provided. The food was also overpriced for what was offered. For example, a bulgogi bento was around $30, which felt excessive given the quality and portion size. Overall, this was a disappointing experience and not a good value for the money.

The IV infusion prices are higher. My friends tried the dry float and enjoyed it. I wanted to try the cryotherapy, but was hesitant since we were told the doors were slightly see-through, also it is full body and we have to wear a mask. Getting service this year has been a nightmare. I replaced the entire mechanism for ~$1200 last year. This year (in March 2026), it detached from the hot tub, rendering it unusable in the prime spring weather. - I spent the last 10 weeks trying to get someone to come out to repair it (offered to pay full price) but no reponse. - Initially spoke to someone in the service center, who told me I needed a "bracket", and that it was on backorder. - A month later (in April), I reached back out to service center to check on status. I was told the original person I spoke to was no longer with the company, and the part wasn't the issue. - I asked to speak with a manager; was told to speak to Jeff. - Left multiple messages with Jeff, but he never got back to me. -Filled out the "service form", also no response. After 10 weeks, I got fed up waiting and went the DIY route. Located YouTube instructions on how to remove the panel. Once I did that, I saw the plywood they used to re-install cover lifter last year (which bears ~150 lbs of load btw) was only 1/8" thick, which would explain why the mechanism failed. I installed a 1" board, then remounted the screws on the lifting arm and closed up the panel. Fingers crossed, this will do the trick. As mentioned, the tub works mostly as advertised; Hot Springs equipment is great. However Capital Hot Tub doesn't seem to care about customers once they've made their purchase. The whole point of paying a premium price is to avoid this kind of hassle, and not have to DIY fix your stuff on the weekend.

I didn't have to talk to anyone or fill out a form. I just got to go and do the classes. When walking thru the main level, there is a whole basketball court, pickleball court, child care, FULL locker rooms (that are huge). You go upstairs and huge weight training room and group fitness classes. I love Heidi's Barre classes. Everything is so clean, looks so nice and welcoming. The reason for 4 stars is the price of the membership. $170 seems silly.

I was given the mat and towel, but not the foam roll and band(s), so I had to improvise. They have a month-to-month package ("paid in full" not commitment/enrollment fee) and a 6-month package with an enrollment fee. The packages include all the classes; however, the isometric classes require a mat and towel purchase ($100) or daily rental ($5/use). I didn't want to commit to 6 months, so I chose the PIF for one month and only did the HIIT classes. There is also a special membership that allows access to other locations. Their website (hotworx.net/workouts) has previews of each workout, which is helpful when booking the classes. I love the app as members can book their own sessions and as many sessions as desired. There aren't any booking, cancellation or late fees. I was able to book 3-6 HIIT classes back to back, and change them at the last minute. The rooms are meant to fit 3 people, except for Hot Blast, which only has 2 rowing machines. Luckily, most people just book their own rooms and don't double book in a room that's already occupied. The HIIT classes are each 15 minutes long and the isometric classes are 30-45(ish) minutes long. There also a separate workout section in the back with free weights, TRX, etc. The vending machine includes snacks, hydrating beverages and miscellaneous items including blue tooth earbuds, towel, etc. They are open 24/7, but staffed during the daytime. Members can enter any time with a code that is provided upon signing up. There is also an app that grants access. Would I return? absolutely!
