My functional medicine appointment was a positive experience. Rebecca provided a thoughtful and comprehensive review of my bloodwork along with actionable recommendations. However, the follow-up experience has been frustrating. When I reach out through the patient portal with questions, the responses tend to focus on promoting additional memberships rather than addressing my specific concerns. For example, when I recently inquired about peptides, I was directed toward a peptide membership rather than receiving straightforward guidance. Little did I know when walking in that I would be treated by one of the highest level of bedside nurses (aside from NPs and doctorate level nurses) that exists. I can totally vouch for Christopher's experience because, SURPRISE!, he is an ICU RN at the most prestigious neuro ICU in the state of texas, UT Southwestern! In fact, we were on the same unit. All this is being said to ease anyone's mind/concerns regarding the level of experience and professionalism at this establishment. Now on to the services... this was my first facial, and I opted for the hydrafacial with the age refining booster. It was such a relaxing experience that showed instant results.
