Really enjoyed that IV Spa and when I moved to Meyerland I decided to try out the West U location. I was badly let down and cancelled my membership. I have been without consistent drips for about a year and a half now. I was on instagram and an ad for BOGO drips for Restore popped up and I decided to try it out. I just wrapped a stressful job Friday and needed some recovery. I went in today for my 3:30pm appointment. The staff were all very kind and helpful. They answered all of my questions and I was able to sign up for a membership. I got a New Myers drip and it was amazing. The magnesium was life changing. I was able to do compression therapy while getting my drip and sooooo good. First time trying it and now I am hooked. I am going tomorrow for an infrared sauna session. Parking was decent and easy to get to. Very happy thus far!

I have REALLY wanted to go to a float spa again since my 1st experience in Phoenix. Apparently, the night before our floats, the owner changed the days & hours of operation for the last couple of weeks they will be open. Supposedly, they posted this on "social media" and sent e-mails, but I never received an e-mail or was notified of this by any means. In fact, their scheduler system had me confirm the appointments the day before. I had the day off, but my other half used a vacation day, and we drove an hour and a half to Houston just to sit outside a locked facility. There was no sign on the door or anything stating the changes, and their website, at the time of writing this review, doesn't show the changes or mention closing, either. We left 2 voicemails and finally got on the website on our phone to use the Contact Us form (I put my phone # in the message since my computer was at home and I don't get email on my phone). They answered me via e-mail, which I did not see until we got home, but no one ever bothered to call us. The end result was a refund of what went on my credit card, but nothing else. Happy birthday to me...
