DO NOT COME HERE IF THE BLOND GUY IS WORKING. This was hands down the worst costumer experience I have ever had. This facility was absolutely great until it was not AT ALL. I was offered a $10 compression for my friend and I by a worker, to which we clarified SEVERAL times was $10 and not the original $45. At the register, they told me it was then $45. I'm not sure if they were trying to take advantage of college students, or if they are just running a terrible business but I am extremely unhappy with what occurred today. The other women were fabulous but this man was deceptive, rude, and extremely hostile when I voiced myself. read more

Restore is rated on google as Five star here in Boulder, but here it's rated 3. I have done 3 Infrared saunas. First it had a bad smell kind of like dirty feet, but then I noticed they were burning scented candles so maybe it was that. But not a fresh smell. I noticed after sauna when rinsing off in shower there was hair stuck to the tiles on the wall. Did not mention it first time. Second visit same thing, same hair still there?? Afterwards I told the front desk that I had experienced this twice now just didn't say anything the first time. Today ! third and now final visit, same curled hair on left side of the tile wall still there. I was beyond grossed out. And none of their 4 computers are hooked up right to ever check you out efficiently. Takes like 10 min to just check out every single time. Sad but true. Such a good location too. read more

As a healer and trauma coach, I am always looking for ways to restore optimum health for my clients. I discovered Restore in Boulder through my chiropractor MUV in North Boulder. I visited at an open house and tried out the red light therapy and Cryotherapy as a sampling. I found it so restorative that I signed up on the spot. I have been going daily for compression, Infrared Sauna, Red Light Therapy, and Cryotherapy. I am thrilled with the cleanliness and helpful staff members. I am enjoying my membership immensely. I am thrilled an esthetician has been added so now I can get a facial after my sauna! What could be better? read more

While the services were good and the staff helpful I am disappointed at being charged after canceling my membership. I spoke to a manager who refunded my card but then the next month they charged me again. Now I have my credit card company involved in disputing charges. How can I be charged for services I haven't authorized? I've also continued to receive text messages after opting out. I wish I had never signed up for a Restore package. read more

When I first joined everyone was super friendly and I was really happy with what they offered. First hiccup was just getting charged for double the NAD sessions I agreed to, but I was ok with that and decided to do them anyway. A little over 45 days ago I found out I needed to move back to CA and still had around 13 hyperbaric sessions left and multiple NAD treatments since double charged. At that point I had asked if there was any way to transfer the treatments or get a refund and they said they would look into it, all was good. As time went on they continued to say they would get back to me but didn't, so I had to call corporate in Austin Texas. Corporate left me a voicemail that I still have saying yes a refund is doable and to just go into the store. When I went into the location for the refund, the new manager (I believe new manager as constantly changing employees yet all super nice and usually helpful) told me that it's not problem and jump into red light and she will take care of it. I then asked since I had fraud on the card that I paid with, if they could refund another card of mine, in which they said in that case they may need to speak with a regional manager. Again, another few weeks had gone by but assumed they would give me an answer quickly and with enough time so I could actually use the treatments and not waste a bunch of money. Cue to now, I'm back in CA still with no answers. I was promised multiple times I would be contacted by a regional manager for several weeks and nothing. Even yesterday I was promised that the store manager and regional manager would call me and never did. Today when I was calling to see if any news they didn't answer my call but as soon as I called from my girlfriend's phone, they answered right away. Super unfortunate because what started out as a great experience has turned into the most unprofessional conduct I have ever seen. Would love to go to the Westlake Village location where I just moved, and would probably be one of their best customers, but now have a sour taste in my mouth. As a result of corporate and Boulder blowing me off, I now feel like a male "Karen" haha and I am wasting my time writing a Yelp review. I believe my first Yelp review ever. Not sure if the owners know how this is being handled but after being super nice and trying my best I had to make my attorney aware of this yesterday. Today again, sent Boulder location and email and guess what, no response. Unfortunately it has come to this but hoping me looping in attorneys and settling this will prevent someone else from getting the same incredibly unprofessional treatment I have received. read more
