My massage was perfect, except for the fact that my therapist was a little late and ended a couple minutes early, which I find annoying. Before my massage I was given a questionnaire and told about the Elements Wellness Program which is a is a month-to-month membership that gives each client one massage per month at a discounted rate. When ready to pay, I was asked if I wanted to join the program. I refused to join and then was told my massage therapist recommended another visit in a month. I think reminding me once about the program when I leave is acceptable, but adding the therapist recommendation (how surprising a month later :)) when I already said I am not interested is less than subtle. Still a nice place to get a massage and I may go back.

Also the staff seems to turnover Very frequently. The online booking system is lacking and seems to have large chunks of time blocked off. It would be nice if this were actually operational. The front desk staff has a bit of an attitude problem- like they are doing you a favor if they fit you in. A prepaid two-pack of 90 minute appointments has a short lifespan and using both appointments was difficult. The staff could often only offer a sixty minute appointment for a week out. I finally gave up and asked for a refund on the second one. Overall I have come to be quite disenchanted with Symmetry.

I came to him with shoulder pain from an injury, as well as very limited range of motion and pain in my neck from another injury. I had seen a number of different practitioners before coming to Ross, with some improvement but no lasting relief or resolution. I'm blown away by the increase in range of motion in my neck, as well as the decrease of pain in my neck and shoulders, since working with Ross. Through a very effective combination of physical exercises, manual manipulation, and dry needling, Ross has tremendously improved my day-to-day life by helping me address and fix the underlying issues that were creating the pain I was experiencing. In the time I've been seeing Ross, I also started experiencing knee pain, which he has helped me assess and treat. On top of that, Ross is just a great guy to talk to which makes working with him such a pleasure. It's very clear to me that he really cares about his patients. In addition, he very graciously and thoroughly answers the list of questions I bring him most weeks. He's very knowledgeable, helpful, attentive, and kind, which are all qualities that make him a well sought after Physical Therapist. I promise, he's worth the initial wait! In addition, they make it difficult to cancel. You have to request a membership cancellation form and then send it back to them either via email or in person to officially cancel. This is obviously meant to be a barrier to canceling. When I spoke to the GM asking if she could explain their policy that only active members can cancel, all I was told is that it is corporate policy. I asked again if she could explain WHY this is corporate policy and she told me she had and that "I wasn't accepting her explanation" and proceeded to say "I'm sorry about the confusion or whatever this is." These are direct quotes. If customer service was better and if their corporate policies weren't designed to scam clients out of additional money when wanting to cancel, I would recommend them. The facilities are lovely and they have great massage therapists. It's really too bad. Do not spend your money here.
