Absolutely the worst experience I've ever had. DO NOT go to Rachel for Eyebrow Tattooing. It's hard to believe she is the owner & has 20yrs of experience. If you saw my brows they look worse than a rookie job. Y'all would laugh at them! I cried. THEY ARE SO BAD & off in so many areas it's embarrassing & extremely upsetting. People notice all the time. As did I when I was in her office & said something numerous times but she kept gaslighting me saying no, no they are correct-they are mapped. She didn't follow her mapping! How could she not see her mistakes? I'm sure she did but didn't want to take responsibility. More gaslighting comes afterwards turning it all around on me to make it my fault. Not possible! I can't even look in the mirror at them. It wouldn't be such a big deal but it's my face! MANY mistakes made. I could have got better brows done in a prison! I do have pictures & the texts to prove my review. Horrible unprofessional communication, extremely rude, defensive & snarky. The whole experience was a sh*t show! She will not give me my whole $720 back & was even rude to the lady at the new place where SHE initially told me to go & bought two Groupon (cheap/wrong) laser treatments for me & then refunded herself the money! I found out when I was already at the new place for the first laser. Her effort of telling me to put vodka on the biggest mistake & wear it around on a cotton ball taped to my face for a week & then giving me glycolic acid pads did NO good. Pure torture! I've since went to the different place to get laser work done twice ($180 each time) as well as pay for new tattoo work ($500). So on top of the $720 I paid her I'm now $860 in to fix her mistakes. It was like pulling teeth & took ten days after I was told my credit card would be refunded to get $350 back. She refuses to give me the other half until brows are fully removed. That's not possible! It's very painful, I do not have the money for that & it would take a very long time to do it. Technically she should pay for the laser treatments to remove her mistakes. For now I'm praying no one has to go thru what I have with her & that someone else can fully fix my terrible poorly done eye brow tattoos. Also, I signed nothing nor was I told anything! read more

Y'all. I never review on the Yelp. But this place is where you need to go if you need a facial, laughs, and insanely amazing massages. I'm a dental hygienist, and Abi makes sure I can keep practicing by beating me to near death every two weeks (she's also gentle if you laugh at her jokes.) Seriously though, I feel like I'm hanging out with people who really are passionate about what they do, especially when taking care of us during a global pandemic. Self care during this time is a MUST. Another few name drops- Meta and Kiki are esthetician angels, too. And last but never least is Felise who will always do her best to accommodate my insane schedule! Love you guys!!! A friend and I called the morning of, on a Sunday, & they were able to squeeze us in back to back. The location is strange - in an office building. Unfortunately, their steamer was broken, which is a key part of a facial... My esthetician spent most of the time on extractions. She did ask and I gave her the okay to do extractions, but I was surprised how much time she spent on them. The massage was good. Didn't see a difference in my skin the next day. Kim gave great stretches and recommendations afterward. So did Jay. And the best part, they don't sell you ANYTHING after (like every other massage place does). Just give you tips on how to help your problem areas. I will admit, the location is odd but not a big deal once you get in the room. And the music wasn't my favorite. I signed up and paid for a Neuro Muscular massage that was listed on the menu. Found out it is no longer offered. Almost immediately, my husband was hospitalized for complications related to COVID. FANTASTIC! After contacting Rachel with complaints of back pain moving into my neck she set me up with her new therapist, Jon. He listened well as I explained my areas of concern, and then delivered a massage unlike one I've ever experienced. My neck and back feel soo much better today, but what amazed me most was the work he did on my elbow. Who knew there were so many muscles to massage in that little area! I was told that I had tennis elbow and that there wasn't much to do for it other than surgery. My elbow feels 10X better after the work he did on it.
