I had the opportunity to visit ICRYO Orchard Park. Me and my sister had a great experience. The staff was very welcoming and knowledgeable, and assisted us through the whole process. It was a very comfortable space, relaxing, laid back, not over done! They offer excellent services. I did the red light therapy, compression therapy, and the cryo chamber! I went in for the cryotherapy and it was down for the first time since opening apparently. That's my luck I guess, but the staff was still extremely helpful. They offered me a localized cold therapy for a knee injury I sustained 3 days ago. I actually left there with more mobility and comfort since I injured it. I have been a member for about a year now. A very happy member ! I do a lot of the lifestyle services which have really helped me. I also do HBOT (Oxygen Therapy) , which was also very beneficial. I love this place ; their services and the staff. They are walking billboards for the services , plus they are very nice and knowledgeable. It maybe pricey if you've never been to a place like this, but they have packages and you can try services once by buying as you go . I have had so many health benefits from iCRYO. Oh so many good things to say. Let's start with the people who work at ICRYO. Each and everyone is fabulous. Piper, Jimi and Lev have been there from the beginning and their positivity, enthusiasm and overall kindness makes just walking in something to look forward too. Everyone from the OG's to the newly hired are professional as they explain the services, check you in or help set you up for a service. No one has ever been judgy and from the owner to the newest hire everyone is trying to help and encourages you do your best you. They are always helpful when answering questions and provide answers beyond what you could google. Most importantly they believe in the services and can offer their opinions as to what they like or benefit from, when to do a specific service or even if they don't love a specific service they tell you their experience vs I just do or don't. The facility is always clean and organized - my only complaint is the lockers would be better with a key. The lifestyle services - i have tried them all. I went in with preconceived ideas about what I would enjoy and what I wouldn't - big mistake. I find benefits in all of them BUT my favorites are the red light and Cryo. Well actually the hyperbaric is my absolute favorite - but it's not part of the package so I encourage everyone to try it a few times, but understand that it's extra. Shots and IV's have proven extremely beneficial to help keep me healthy with a very hectic travel, work, and personal schedule. They are in addition to the packages, but so worth the money. I haven't taken advantage of the cold sculpting but have done the mini facial - so relaxing and the results are immediate and bonus I felt I saw even more results the next day or two. Definitely going to invest in a full Cryo facial sooner than later. They offer the basic lifestyle packages but they also are regularly offering other packages in addition - i.e. 5 packs of shots or facials etc. Me and the hubby have been going regularly and telling everyone how much we enjoy going and the benefits we are seeing. For me my most obvious benefit is the reduced swelling in my knees from torn meniscus - so walking is so much easier. Also my sleep is so much improved, as am able to fall asleep faster and stay asleep - rest really does a body good. I recommend- all the stars and two thumbs up. read more

This was by far the highlight of our Denver trip ! Coming in to a new experience the staff (Ben and nurse Jodi) were amazing! So much knowledge and experience helped us decide what was best for me and my mother. They guided us through all therapy's were patient and supportive. We decided on the cyro therapy which is a 3 min service , red light therapy , compression therapy and zero body bed. I can't say enough good things about this place! The staff is so warm and friendly, and the cryotherapy has been amazing, as well as the sauna and the compression therapy. My inflammation has gone down a ton and I have way more energy and less stiffness. I like most of their machines. The guy and gal at the front seem more interested in visiting with each other than checking in with their customers. I about got squeezed to death by the machine, no one to help, and they were at the front, with no customers. They never said bye as I left. Not that impressed.
