I went in today for a mini cryotherapy facial. I was nervous about how the cold would feel as I don't typically like cold, especially on my face. It felt so relaxing! I loved it. Save your money and time. In 4 seasons you would think you would see a little difference. Pay as you go don't get their payment plan it's super expensive and not worth it. They said I didn't give it time . If I would've gave it time the only thing I'll lose was $4,200. Way too expensive. They still want me to pay the full amount I used 4 sessions out of 15 and they won't refund cherry for the amount they received for unused sessions. They didn't even provide me with a contract or invoice. Really bad service. read more

I have had two cryosculpting sessions at New You, Brighton.  I bought two separate 3 package sessions.   The results are very noticeable and the staff and owner are very professional and well versed in their field.  I believe a number of the staff members are nurses. The staff is very welcoming, and one feels like a VIP at the New You Brighton Spa. I highly recommend their cryosculpting services due to the results I have experienced.  I would trust that their other services are legit due to my experience with the cryosculpting. All in all... I apologize for the length of this but feel it is important to provide details/dates. After seeing several posts for free mini facials I attempted to contact the person to schedule one. Here is a "short" version (long version available in screen shots will add those after I edit to remove names) of the work I have put in for this "free" service. 5/18 message sent (commented pm sent) 5/26 commented on another post for the same free service that I messaged her but never heard back 5/26 got a response but I was out of town the next 3 weeks for a wedding (mentioned in my first pm on 5/18) and work conferences/trainings 6/21 sent another pm stating when I would be back in town asking about an opening that was posted (another "free" service promotion) got a response it wasn't available but no answer to my question what was available the next week. 6/27 sent another pm asking what is available this week, got a response Friday was pretty open and a response (4:51 pm) what was the earliest to which I responded that night (9:59 pm) with a simple question: "Hi again. Sorry for the delay. I had to double check some other appts. I am getting waxed on Thursday is that ok for this then on Friday?" (I didn't expect a response that night of course). 6/28 No response to 6/27 ? but shows read? Resent the question at 10:58 am 6/29 Still no response but everything shows read, so I ask (2:20 pm): ???? Is there some reason you won't answer my question I just don't want to mess up anything. 6/29 After seeing the free ad bumped again, I reach out to the business FB page (9:32 pm) asking if someone else can help me. Same girl responds claiming I didn't reply? I explain I replied 3 times with no response. At this point all I really want is an answer to my question. They obviously don't want my business? Aren't free trial/minis meant to bring in business? Here is where the ZERO stars would come in IF I could give that! The ANSWER to my question...."Can you answer my ? please???? Can I do one of these within 24 hours of being waxed?" Answer from the Cryotherapy Tech/ Aesthetician: "What I can see online it says they recommend waiting 7 days after waxing to do cryotherapy." SMH! Did she really need to search online or is she being a smart alec? Either way....sayonara! At this point the time I wasted will pay for a full facial at a different med spa with customer service skills. Do a little online research and see how many times and different groups the "free" service is promoted. By now the appt books should be full with paying clients if this works and they had customer service skills. read more

I don't really do these often but this took the final straw. I purchased the cryo facial for 4 sessions. I had asked multiple times if that is enough to see results. She said yes it shrinks your pores, helps with fine lines and tighten the skin. So I decided to do it. I always try to support small local businesses. Into my 3rd treatment, I mentioned that I don't see results and she replied if you add 5 more you should see result?! Why can't you say that before I sign up? These are not cheap. Considering it's only 30 mins per treatment and they don't even massage you or cleanse your face. They just wipe it with wipes and they apply this cold machine on your face for 30 mins and then they wipe it again and apply cream. I shrugged it off finished my treatment. And I saw that they did ems treatment again I asked tons of questions and it took me 1 month and finally decided to do it. I did the 5 ems treatment for 1400. Again I asked if this will be enough to see results she then began to show me photos of women that did the treatment. I was really shocked and said ok I'll do this. My first treatment I showed up early so I could start, she couldn't get the machine to work for while and finally it worked after 15 mins into setting up. As I was laying there she applied 5 cold little machine thing on my stomach and it started to pulsate like tightening. I felt that it doesn't really do anything. So I stayed and continued my treatment. She kept checking in on me and I kept asking her again questions if 5 sessions are enough and she then said it will but it's better if you do 10 or more treatments. At this point I am so flustered and wanted to leave. But I stayed and finished it. I told myself I'll have a word with the owner when I go to my next appointment. A week later they sent out a txt saying they are having "Black Friday deals" where if you buy 5 ems you get 3 toning treatment and 5 b-12 shots. I replied and said I already have the 5 ems are you able to honor that. She said you have the 5 ems I said yes and she said I will note your account and let the girls know when you go on your next appointment. Then the manager calls me an hour later and left a message saying she was confused on the notes that was left on my account to give her a call. I was at work so I txtd her instead as she said it was ok to. I had told her that they honored the 2 extra toning and the 5 b-12 shots. She replied their must be a miss understanding those are only for new customers. First off it didn't say that on the txt she said if she honored mine she'll have to honor 100 others. But I specially asked if they could and whoever txtd me back said yes. So I told her I don't want to continue my sessions then because I paid pretty much the same amount but you can't honor the deal. So I told her I will pay the 1st treatment and she said she don't do refunds and she will still charge me through cherry financing and have the credit in my account. She has the audacity to think I'm going to come back after what she had said? I have all of the conversations. Not professional at all. Why would I pay for something that I only did 1 treatment. And you want me to pay 1000 for what?! I really tried liking New you Brighton because the 2 girls there are really nice and gentle but when the owner said that I was so disappointed as her stuff are not cheap. It just didn't work out for me!!! But I'm not paying for something I never finished and was not satisfied and will never recommend this place! What a waste of money. Not read more
