I haven't even gotten my machine yet and I can already guarantee you it's five stars…read more Arrived in Breckenridge today. Acute altitude sickness. This is the worst I've ever had it. I've always struggled a little bit but this is the worst. I called to inquire about this as a treatment option and the gentleman who answered the phone was very friendly and informative. Easy to talk to and answered all my questions. I told him I was gonna think about it and call them back. I called him back and told him I was going to move forward and he said not a problem I'll have a machine to you in 30 minutes. I can't think of anything more amazing than having this immediate support when you feel this sick. I think God for this group. They're very responsive and have great customer service.

I've been to Colorado many times before even here in Breckenridge but when that Altitude sickness hit me like a ton of bricks the first night here. I honestly thought I had to visit an Urgent Care facility. I had the shakes, was nauseous, had headache, felt faint and thought I was running a fever. I called before their closing time hours but they had no problem delivering within 30-40 min. They gave me instruction. The machine is very easy to use. I bought a couple cannula hoses for a couple others that also were getting sick. I kid you not! After having been on the machine for only a few minutes, I started to feel sooooooo much better. It was worth having it delivered instead having to get in a car and drive to an Oxygen Bar of which by the way, they have one. The sick ones all took turns on the machine and instantly, we all felt better. I kept the machine for a few days for safe measure and used it when I slept for the first couple nights and those who were skiing would come back and use it. If a headache came on, to the machine we went. Lol. This was a life saver. They made it so easy. I would totally do it again. Thanks!

My mom and I came for oxygen at this "oxygen bar" our first morning in Aspen. The staff was…read morefriendly enough, but I have to question their techniques and effectiveness. Originally, they seemed awesome-- they took our vitals (oxygen and heart rate) before we started. They gave us oxygen tubes to put in our nostrils. We asked for a half hour for $25. We couldn't tell there was any oxygen flow when we started. My mom even asked about it. They said they put the flow really low to keep our nostrils from drying out. About 20 minutes in, I could finally feel some oxygen flowing. Also, 3 women walked in and asked for I.V.s. I guess you get free oxygen at this place if you buy an IV. So they got hooked up to oxygen too. We discovered they hook everyone to the same oxygen tank, and they can't tell how much oxygen one person gets versus another, as it's not even. Hmmmm.... After a half hour, they asked us to pay. I questioned, "Aren't you going to take our vitals again first?" They said sure they could (why did I have to ask?) Well, my oxygen level went DOWN and my heart rate went UP. When I questioned them about this, they hemmed and hawed until they asked if I wanted it for free. I didn't want it for free; I wanted oxygen!! They didn't charge me, but they wasted my time. And they potentially made me worse, though I'm not sure how they would have done that.
