They were able to clearly explain the health benefits of everything they offer. I did the float therapy, infrared sauna and cryotherapy and they were all great! Went in to visit the spa with my daughter and got a pricing menu just 2 weeks ago. I have been hinting to my husband that I would love a bronze membership. It was a great deal at 300 for the month. 8 Cryotherapy, 6 infrared sauna sessions, 1 float therapy, 6 yoga classes or salt sessions, 50 percent off massage add -ins. The new menu is 400 and a lot less of everything. The 1st menu had no expiration date and I was not told when I received it I better buy that day as pricing would be increasing. My husband was annoyed that he had spent 400 for far less sessions after I showed him the original menu. This place is too expensive for my taste. Luckily I got I full refund. I was not impressed with the manager's hospitality. I will not be going back. My statements are factual. You should have honored the menu I was given. Poor business sense on your part. read more

The staff is lovely and very knowledgeable, and they provide a combination of treatments that I've never seen before. I also highly recommend the cryotherapy. If you haven't had this before, it is a surprising threat with many health benefits including increasing the speed of healing injuries and creating collagen.
