Anyway, I heard about her from a buddy that was going to have a neck surgery and did not ending up needing it after he completed a Rolfing 10s series with Fiona. I heard that she's busy working with top executives, musicians, dancers, elderly, elite athletes, youth and the like so I was not sure if I'd be able to get in. Left a message and sent a txt and she got back to me that night and we set up a time. After securing an appointment, I made the trip to Aspen and came in to the tidy office with the lower back thing, crappy posture a gammy knee and a forearm burn from the BBQ.
