They…read morewere quick, at one point it was going to rain mid-way through the install so they pulled out all the stops and they got my roof done ahead of schedule before it rained. Since then the roof has held up great! Last week I started seeing a leak on the outside of my house. I called them up and the owner sent someone out the same day just to rule anything out. When they came out we both agreed that it didn't look like there was anything wrong with the roof, but that didn't stop them for doing their best to stop it from leaking they added some caulking around some holes in the stucco and masonry and fixed up some of the flashing near the leak. After that, it was still leaking, but Brad, the owner, was kind enough to come out again, even though it had NOTHING to do with the roof just to double-check on me and make sure that I was doing well. At the end of the day, they took off a side gutter and found a hole in the wall that the builders had left from when the house was built. Again, STILL not roof related, but they treated me like family and helped me as if it were and fixed it up for me. Literally cannot say enough good things about WDR! I've never found a company that is this helpful or this responsive.

They were able to work with our hectic schedules and were extremely accurate with the time it would take to remove the mold from our bathroom. When the mold testers from a separate company came out to retest we got a clean bill saying all of the mold was properly removed. Things my husband and I value are staying on budget, time, and quality and they exceeded all expectations. They refuse to finish the fine details and have told us 3 different things while passing the buck. Absolutely do not suggest hiring them for any sort of fire remediation. Their supposed fogging created more of a mess and more cleaning from an outside company we had to hire. Their crews stepped all over our countertops which we have to have inspected for damage. Go to ServPro instead, they actually care. It's not always about the money and how much you can collect from insurance. It should be about doing things the right way. Not to mention they took our electricians ladder and we had to chase it down but blamed us because they had to get out fast. Blah blah. Just remember security cameras are always watching.

This meant that we now have a state certification saying we had mold and water damage, but after Beaver Dam did their work, the state found no mold and passed with flying colors.
