The head and facial massage part was really nice. Sometimes the techs just sort of scratch your head which I don't care for, but he really massaged my head. If you haven't tried this, I highly recommend it. You're in a open room with other beds so you may have other patrons getting massage at the same time. You are fully clothed. They soak your feet while they do the first part of the massage. They started at your head work down your arms then remove your feet from the water and do a reflexology treatment and then your legs then they flip you over and do the backside. It's a great massage! Unfortunately, I forgot my phone, so no pictures.

I like their Happy Head massage is a massage that focuses on your back, neck and shoulders. No legs and feet. I like this one since it aims at my problem areas and isn't as relaxing, but it gets the tension out. I've seen a few therapists here with varying styles, but Jason has been outstanding. During my last two sessions, he remained professional and consistent, working through my stubborn knots without quitting. Best of all, I felt much better afterward without bruising. The location is quiet (especially during the day), the front desk is usually friendly. MISC: It's always worth checking their website for online specials. Mia is the Standard that Every Massage Therapist Should Aspire To…read more I've been receiving massage therapy for over 30 years, and I've worked alongside athletes, first responders, military personnel, and people whose bodies take a beating every single day. Because of that, I don't hand out five-star reviews lightly. Mia is simply exceptional. From the moment you meet her, you realize she genuinely cares about helping people feel better--not just getting through another appointment. She listens, pays attention to what your body is telling her, and tailors every session to what you actually need instead of giving everyone the same routine. Her pressure, technique, and intuition are on another level. She has an incredible ability to locate problem areas that other therapists completely miss, and she works them with confidence, precision, and professionalism. Whether you're dealing with chronic pain, stress, injuries, or simply need to reset after a demanding week, Mia has a gift for helping your body recover. As a disabled Army Veteran living with multiple service-related injuries, finding someone I trust isn't easy. Mia has earned that trust. She creates an environment where you can actually relax while knowing you're in capable hands. What impressed me most wasn't just her technical skill--it was her consistency. Every visit reflects the same level of care, respect, and commitment to helping her clients leave better than they arrived. If you're looking for an average massage, there are plenty of places that can provide one. If you're looking for someone who treats massage therapy as an art, understands the human body, and genuinely wants to help people heal, Mia belongs on a very short list. Some professionals become popular because they're convenient. Mia becomes unforgettable because she's outstanding. She isn't just someone I'd recommend. She's someone I'd confidently send my family, my closest friends, my fellow veterans, first responders, healthcare professionals, athletes, and anyone else who depends on their body every day. In my opinion, Mia has earned what very few professionals ever do: A reputation that is worth the drive, worth the wait, and worth every dollar. Thank you, Mia, for the care, professionalism, and heart you bring to every session. It doesn't go unnoticed.

The pressure was inconsistent, ranging from uncomfortably firm to the point of painful work on my shoulders and back to almost no pressure elsewhere. The time spent on each side of my body and on each foot was noticeably uneven. There were several pauses during which the massage stopped completely, and at times the lady's hand simply rested on my foot. I cannot determine whether she was asleep, particularly because the room was dim and I was not wearing my glasses, but the repeated pauses made it difficult to relax and raised concerns. I expected consistency, balanced pressure, and a stronger emphasis on reflexology as requested. The experience could have been improved by maintaining steady engagement throughout the appointment, allocating the agreed-upon time primarily to reflexology, and not stopping while doing the massage multiple times. Perhaps the lady was new, and unfortunately, there was a bit of a communication gap, but that still does not explain the stopping multiple times during the massage until I raised my head up each time.

I saw that they had offered abdominal massages so I booked a 60 min time slot on a Saturday morning. The place has nice aesthetics. I was told that the first half hour would focus on my back and then the abdominal for the second half. A gentleman did the back massage (he used a lot of his forearm and elbows). Then a woman came in to do the abdominal massage. At one point the woman stopped and told me that I still had 10 more minutes for my massage and she recommended that they will finish off the massage with the foot massage to help by using reflexology. There was no pain with the abdominal massage. It actually helped me be less bloated. I would definitely return for another abdominal massage.

To make matters worse, I was unable to get a refund from either the business or Groupon. I don't want Groupon Bucks--I wanted my money back for a service I wasn't able to receive because of the way this was handled. The lack of communication and transparency was extremely frustrating.
