We showed up at 6pm when they opened and got one of the few unreserved tables after being scolded for not having a reservation! Our waitress was helpful and friendly and most of the staff spoke English (it is a tourist town). We started with glasses of house wine 3 Euros each and olives and garlic bread. Both were good. I got the grilled sea bass which was very good with lots of veggies. My wife got the grilled squid which she liked a lot. We splurged on dessert only 5 euros - almond tart and a tiramisu - both were tasty. Nice place, good food - make a reservation a few days in advance!

However, spend wisely and you will get full. The fish is mostly grilled, with minimal marination or fuss but it does taste pretty fresh. We were brought boiled potatoes and salad to accompany our meal which was a nice balance to the meal. Everything came out pretty quickly and it seemed like the vibe was to get diners in and out just as efficiently. No one was rude per se, but the staff very clearly were just waiting for their shift to be over so they could close up. Despite how convenient this eatery is, it probably wouldn't be on my places to return to when I'm back in Lagos.
