Los Arcos (The Arches) is located right next to Rosarito Beach Hotel and Spa. We went here for breakfast and we're blown away by how good it was. We ordered the 3 Hotcakes Especial, which came with eggs and bacon or ham. We chose bacon. These pancakes were out of this world!! THE BEST PANCAKES EVER! We also had the Nopales (cactus) a la mexicana omelette, which had nopales, cheese, and salsa. The veggies in omelette we cooked perfectly and not soggy. I also ordered a cup of freshly squeezed orange juice. Service was one of the best I've ever had! Total Mexican hospitality which I appreciated (especially after service I received the night before at a different restaurant). I will definitely be coming back in the future for the pancakes and am looking forward to try their other dishes, such as the chilaquiles, menudo, or the machaca. Happy eating! read more

Food is amazing! 5* I think this may be one of the top 3 breakfasts I've ever had. I ordered the x3 pancakes, eggs, and bacon. All very classic. The Pancakes: Super fluffy! These rereminded me of the fluffy pancakes from Burnt Crumbs in Irvine, but way better. They were sweet that syrup wasn't even necessary. I added syrup and honey anyway! Absolutely the most amazing pancakes ever. The eggs were well cooked and delicious. Not too runny and not too dry. Perfect. The bacon was good and not salty. It didn't have much oil and was more like a bacon jerky while still obviously bacon. Also delicious! Really enjoyed this meal. I'd drive back to Rosarito, Mexico to get another plate for sure. Went to this place for lunch with my wife this weekend. We like the service and the ambience of the restaurant. They had really cool pictures of old school Mexico and old school Bandidos. It was pretty cool to see. The food was pretty good. It wasn't the greatest. It wasn't the worst. It was pretty good. My pancakes eggs and ham was really good. My wife liked her waffles, bacon and eggs. The waffles were a little on the dry side, but all in all everything was pretty good. One thing to know the food came out really hot and fresh. read more

This place is my favorite breakfast place in all Mexico. The food is so delicious. This is restaurant provides you with hand made flour tortillas, it's unlike any other place. The place is super clean and the servers are so nice and kind, especially the one that has a long beard. I highly recommend this place. read more

I just dont get why many mexican restaurants are not serving authentic MEXICAN FOOD!! Come on were in Mexico!! It would be nice to actually come here and eat AUTHENTIC mexican FOOD!! We ordered huevos rancheros and they were not RANCHEROS!! not even a little spice, the salsa was plain OH LORD!! WHAT HAPPENED?? wont be coming here again! The cost was ok, not bad but not worth it. The carne asada tacos here are the bomb here, so good. My boys and I started off with just one taco to get a feel for them, and were blown away. We ended up eating 5 each. We also tried shrimp and fish tacos and chips with guacamole (totopes con guacamole) which were good too. Arguably one of the best places I've been for service. Our waiter, Daniel, had some of the best costumer service I have ever had (including the united states too!). I'm a vegetarian and ordered the machaca with only cheese. He misunderstood the order and it had shredded beef with the tortillas on the side. I'm pretty sure I got mixed up with the chilaquiles com huevos because my girlfriend had exactly what I wanted. I ate it all. If you like shredded beef than this was amazing If not then it was okay. My girlfriend, like I said, ordered the chilaquiles with red suace. It was amazing. She had to keep me from stealing it. We also ordered the pancakes. They were heavy cinnamon flavor. Delicious! While we were waiting for our Chilaquilis verde, they gave us some pan that had been grilled with a side of salsa. I've never seen that combination but it was so good, the salsa was fresh and balanced and paired well with the bread. My husband and I split and devoured the chilaquilies. Our server was attentive and spoke perfect English. They had a small patio so you could people watch too. Lovely place, we will return! read more

I got enchiladas verdes and they were ok, I've had better in Los Angeles. The red salsa they bring with chips was SUPER DUPER spicy so he offered to bring another green one which was less spicy and then turned out that it was the same green sauce that they pour over the enchiladas... My friend got flautas and loved it. The horchata was a bit watery for me but again my friend ordered it and she loved it. Staff was nice, order didn't take long. read more

Can't speak to the restaurant but the taco stand out front is awesome. Open early and late night, everything is prepared on the hot plate right in front of you. Prices are great, the chicken quesadilla was amazing and only cost $3.50. No way could you eat two of them! Great option for a quick bite in Rosarito. read more

Long ago this was my favorite place in Rosarito to get tacos........unfortunately times have changed, food got worse and prices went up, U.S. prices now. My suggestion, go to Tacos El Yaqui a few blocks down, tacos are the best!! read more
