I would have given this location 5 stars, but unfortunately, I had an interaction with a manager that left me a little disappointed. She came across as very dry and not particularly customer oriented. It may simply be her personality, but the interaction just didn't sit quite right with me. Overall, it was a positive experience at this Kroger, and the employees and well maintained store are worth recognizing. Hopefully, my experience with the manager was just an off moment.

The only negative thing I experienced here is the "one way signs" they have on the floor to encourage social distancing. Unfortunately, who ever placed the "one way" arrows on the flooring wasn't paying attention as there are times you have to ignore the directions or else you get stuck in the back of the store or a corner. The aisles are a little narrow for meeting another customer, so I understand that they want to create a flow, but it felt like I was paying more attention to the floor signs than actually shopping. Nuts! The second visit (just a day ago) I wasn't able to find as much stuff that appealed to me. I was tired of all the holiday decorations I had up, so I was looking for items that would be more like Spring time. I didn't find any "wow" factor in the stuff I was looking at. So, a bit of disappointment. If I had written the review a couple months ago, I would have leaned towards a 5 star, but as the saying goes, you're only as good as the last visit.
