You'll notice the gym suddenly has new harnesses and no longer use caribbiners for the climber to clip in. The caribbiner choice was Manger John Burkey's who wanted to save money. The question is now whether or not the wall is safe to lead climb. Its hardware has been there for over 35yrs and apparently management is still too cheap to call in a 3rd party to inspect and update it.

I sent them an email to cancel and then they kept sending me emails saying I had to send a written request which I already had done. Finally they said they accepted my cancellation. Yet they continued to try to charge my card. I again emailed them to stop attempting to charge my card and they said it was an old automated system. The charge eventually went through (even though it was an old number). I had to call my bank to dispute and put a permanent block on perspire to never charge my card again. In addition, there was one new girl who was completely angry at the counter. Would get frustrated if you wanted to bring a friend and charge to your account. She was always angry when she had to do any work. All this added up to me cancelling my membership. If their phone would have been working in the first place I wanted to give an updated card number to them but they could not accept. So in the time they put me off, I decided to quit my membership. I do not like the fact that they fraudulently continued to charge my card even after I quit.

Either the line has too much a slack or it's off the tracks. Maintenance on this machine is never done. If you need equipment for these machines please look around the gym on the ground. They always have events going on, and many programs are available for families and children. Not to mention the fact that they don't just turn people away when they can't pay the full gym membership fee. They have many generous kind hearted donors whose donations allow them to provide financial aid for those experiencing hardships so if you're on a very limited budget, it wouldn't hurt to ask an employee about financial assistance.
